Had a taste for some steamed shrimp and was thrilled that the Selbyville location is open in the off season for us locals! Stopped in early afternoon and was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. I looked at what was available and decided on a 1/2 lb of steamed large shrimp, lightly seasoned. The gentleman went to work getting my order together, while he made small talk with me. I appreciate when employees/owners can do that, as it makes the visit even nicer. I took my order to go, paid, and left. They were perfectly steamed, perfectly seasoned, and just plain delicious! The shrimp were DEFINITELY large! I usually go to the 120th Street location, and feel like there is definitely consistency with taste, quality and product. There’s no doubt that I will visit the Selbyville location again! If you’re looking for excellent tasting steamed shrimp, Rippons is spot on!

Quick stop off on our way to the beach… Gave this place a try based on the other reviews. Guys inside we’re very friendly.
We ordered colossal clam strips platter, coconut shrimp platter and Moz sticks. Everything was delicious including the coleslaw and macaroni salads that came with our meals.
While there we saw a guy buy a half bushel of crabs… Those had us green with envy. We will definitely be back for a bushel before the end of our trip.

I grew up coming here, great local seafood market. I picked up some cleaned softshells recently, and they were delectable fried at home… The Jumbo Lump is also good here. Best Fenwick Seafood market!

Had amazing food from Rippons in Fenwick. Got a dozen of their jumbo steamed crabs, containers of shrimp salad, tuna salad, pasta salad and potato salad. All were very tasty. The crabs stole the show. Piping hot, steamed with just the right amount of seasoning, and the biggest and meatiest crabs i have ever had. (I am a native Marylander who grew up on crabs, so I feel I can speak from experience). These crabs were off the chart. Will definitely be making a return trip in the not-too-distant future.

Always a great spot for steamed crabs and lump crab meat! Rippons has a great selection, good prices and we’re always really happy with the quality! As an added bonus, if you visit around the 4th of July there’s usually a barn swallow nest full of sweet baby birds near the shop entrance

Fish and chips was great! Kids loved the chicken tenders with fries. Went back for more but they had just closed. The gentleman closing was still polite and invited us back. Everyone in there was respectful. The service was on point. This is not a dine in spot.

This is a take out place….they might have one picnic table outside. FRESH seafood! They have take out meals as well….prepared fresh while you wait. We’ve been coming here for 15+ years….never a miss!
