I don’t know who the management is recently but over the last few years the customer service and the quality of products is definitely going down. I won’t even go to this store anymore because it’s gotten so bad. Do yourself a favor and find another ice cream spot.

Wrongfully charged me and extra $16 worth of ice cream (two like it plain bowls) and refused to refund me because I exited the door and immediately turned around and came back in once I realized something wasn’t right. TERRIBLE customer service.

The used to acknowledge you when you walked in the door “hello welcome to Cold Stone” So today 8/16 approximately 2pm I come in walk up to the counter the young lady never acknowledged my existence. Continued scraping icecream from a container. The manager comes from the back again I’m not acknowledged. Finally she asks what I wanted. When I paid she dropped my loose change on the counter. Very poor service

Come here all the time with family, my husband and I especially like the birthday cake remix with extra yellow cake & brownies. Today I placed a mobile order, typically when I mobile order I add a note that says “Extraaa yellow cake and brownie please!” because they typically don’t see that I paid for extra and I want to make sure they know that I paid an extra $1.60 for more (this time I purchased two, so I paid $3.20 more). When I first entered there was no other customers and I entered alone, manager was typing on his phone while other employee was in the back doing dishes, and even after the manager saw me he started to walk away while texting, I stood at the counter until he noticed I had a pick up. After I arrived home I noticed on the receipt he wrote “without paying for extra we are unable to add”. This confused me because I DID pay for extra. I called and said that the ice cream did not look like extra was added, he was extremely rude on the phone and kept stating that I “got what I paid for”. I’m very disappointed and feel I was scammed out of my money. Unprofessional environment.

I ordered a small silk chocolate shake, which in my past experience comes with the dome lid. During this visit the cup wasn’t even filled to the top of the cup and a flat lid was placed on top. At other Cold Stone locations the dome lid was used and the shake not only filled the entire cup, it filled the dome lid also. For the price of this shake, I was very disappointed.

So they used to have blueberry muffin batter, it was mine and my family’s favorite flavor. It was like a blue purple color and they just randomly stopped having it. Today I see a sign that they actually have it again after not seeing it for like 2 years, so I stop in. It looks totally different, white with a tiny bit of blue. I asked if it was still the same and was told yes. I ordered the huge take home size (Everyones, it’s almost a gallon) to bring home to everyone and was all excited to surprise them. But when we tried it, it is definitely NOT the same. It tastes terrible, like basic vanilla ice cream mixed with a little blueberry ice cream. Zero batter flavor whatsoever, just not good at all. It tastes like if you bought store brand blueberry ice cream- bland and disappointing. Literally nobody liked it, and that massive size was expensive, so I’m a little ticked. They told me it was the same, and really shouldn’t have changed it.
Also, the amount of mix ins you get is very highly dependent on who is making your ice cream, so the quality can be inconsistent. The big gallon size has basically nothing mixed in at all.
However, I will say that the new hot honey is REALLY good, I will be sad to see that go when they inevitably decide to get rid of that next lol

Picked up a to go container on Saturday the 3rd, my birthday. Ordered cake batter ice cream with yellow cake and rainbow sprinkles, my favorite. Ordered the biggest size to go container and looks like they put the toppings in for a cup you would eat to yourself. There is hardly anything added to the ice cream. Very disappointed

They have an excellent variety of flavors and add ins! I haven’t gotten any yet, but their cakes look amazing. My only complaint is that the line is sometimes pretty long, but that isn’t their fault – the ice cream is just that good. My favorite is the coffee flavored with chocolate chips mixed in. The employees are always pleasant.
