So we got thin crust and they made it so thin that it burned and was as hard as a chip and put it in for 12mins at 425° we asked for the Thai Pizza and there was no Thai sauce at all on it. The pepperoni has 0 red sauce on it. This is by far the worst pizza I ever had in my life and was charged 32$ I recommend nobody go here because they can’t make a pizza to save there life. Really want a refund on my money but we all know how that goes.

Consistent with incorrect orders, missing or wrong toppings. Most of the crew are pleasant and helpful, some not so much, which makes it uncomfortable to bring it back or ask for your order to be corrected when your made out to feel like the idiot and an inconvenience. No one likes to bring home thier pizza and finger through the whole thing to pick out toppings you have allergies too. This place really went downhill after the new owners took over.

There’s zero good customer service here lately, a bad spirit a muck! Rude, impatient, made us forget to change the sauce out like we usually do. Hire all need people before we loose this establishment in Anacortes.

I have my grand babies for the night, so what to do for dinner and something simple and something the kids will eat.
I had not been to Papa Murrphy’s so I said why not.
I walked in and I was greeted promptly, and the young women shared about the menu and what they had to offer.
I had my two grand babies in my truck right outside of the store the young women offered to bring the pizza out to my truck so I didn’t have to take the kids out of the truck.
I had full view of the truck they were never out of my site while I order and paid.
That being said Papa Murrphy has these personal pizzas and they come with everything my granddaughter likes so not only did I get something she would eat, but something she could make and have funny doing it. Win, Win.

I phoned in an order for medium chicken bacon artichoke pizza. I’ve always had a good experience with this but not this time. When I started to eat the pizza I noticed the crust was dry and hard, not like any other pizza I’ve eaten before. I could not begin to swallow it because I would choke on it. I called to ask what happened to the thin crust and they said the medium size does not come in thin crust, I totally don’t remember this. I said the web site does not mention medium size not coming with thin crust and he said if I ordered on line it would not let me order this way, we’ll I ordered by phone and no mention of it. Nothing was said about making me happy by giving me another pizza to replace this one so I just said I won’t be going back again. Mod pizza here I come.

Ordering a pizza here a couple of weeks ago I asked to substitute the sausage out for pepperoni on my cowboy. They put an extra charge of pepperoni on that order and when I got home, there wasn’t any extra pepperoni on it so they charged me twice as much for pepperoni that they only had to substitute sausage for and the ladies attitude at the counter was so different. It shocked me so before ordering a pizza today I decided to read some reviews about this place and now it’s all makes sense new owners and they’ll never get my business ever again. Good luck to you. Called in an order for pickup of a large cowboy. Asked about how long before it would be ready. She told me that they aren’t allowed to quote times. This is not her fault. It’s whoever is managing this place’s fault. YOU ARE A PIZZA PLACE! Quoting when the food is ready is what you do. Should I come back tomorrow? In 5 hours? And my toppings were just thrown in the center of the pizza. Not even spread out. Don’t care how many school coupons you do, this was my last time going there.

Amazing place to go to I am a patriot and I have done my own research in the masks and they do not work people like the workers at papa Murphy’s are smart for not wearing masks I will always support them and Ik my one review won’t change much but it will help in the long run thank you to the owner of this location for not obaying by the mandate a mandate is not a law if you comply then that is you but to the people that put a bad review for them not wearing a mask then you should not put a review at all it hurts company’s if you want to wear a mask and destroy your life then that is you have a great night and I will be back very soon keep up the good work!
