I purchased a large size cake for a birthday and when I went to eat my piece, there was a long hair sticking out of it still stuck in the inside part of the cake. Clearly fell in there while the cake was being assembled. It was disgusting. I can’t believe I paid that much money for a cake that had someone’s hair in it. I called Customer Service to let them know and no one even responded to me. I was told to leave a message with my phone number and name and the call was never returned. I normally purchase a minimum of three cakes from there a year. Never again.

I always enjoyed coming to Cold stone. My favorite is the pecan caramel in a waffle bowl. Yes the price point is pretty high, but I really enjoy this ice-cream. I have never had their ice-cream cakes, I never had one so i can’t speak on them. But they look really really good.

Very nice servers. I hadn’t been to one of these in many years, and they explained it very patiently and let me taste several flavors.
Halloween decoration was pretty funny. It’s a chain in a strip mall, so you probably know what that’s like. It’s ice cream, and I hope you know what that’s like. If not, wow, you should get your first ice cream somewhere special.
I’m not sure if businesses using Google maps can explicitly bribe customers to have them give five stars, but I did enjoy the five dollars off. Photo explains what I mean.

We stopped here for a late night dessert after rounding out my husband’s birthday dinner. We both got one of the standard combinations but I switched out almonds for an almond joy. I was disappointed that the almond Joy was not broken up and I found it at the end of my serving in one large unchunked up piece. I would have preferred to have it broken up into smaller pieces but this was in keeping with watching them prepare servings for the people ahead of us. It didn’t seem like they spent much time breaking up the extras into the ice cream. It definitely was not to the caliber I remember from the local marble ice cream mix in place of my childhood.
The bathroom was a one person and appeared to be the only one there. So after only a short time of being in there someone was already knocking to get in. It was generally clean but I was suspicious about how clean considering how busy they were and how close to closing it was so this was definitely a squatter. There was a touchless paper towel dispenser, a hand dryer, and soap dispenser which was not touchless. They did have the garbage can next to the door so I could use my paper towel to open the handle without having to be a basketball star to throw it away and not on the floor. I would pee here again.

We went today for the first time in easily a year and the young girl Megan was so friendly and nice! She let my daughter choose which whip cream she wanted and actually mixed the toppings in! In the past people have just mushed them around but it was so worth the drive! May actually start going back here again!
