As a New Yorker, I can say definitely best bagels in the area and even better than some of the New York bagels. I come often and every time i buy bagels (different kinds) they are very good. Everyone in my family loves it.

A nice place for brunch or breakfast in the morning. Their staff and setting are excellent. Their bagel, however, was not so good. I tried their everything bagel with jalapeño cream cheese but it wasn’t particularly soft and chewy. Also, their standard black coffee has a warm water flavor.

Excellent little shop to stop for bagels! We stopped in for breakfast and got the avocado smash with bacon on the jalapeño cheddar bagel along with the cinnamon crunch bagel with maple raisin cream cheese. Both were excellent! Lots of options to choose from.

The bagel was very good. I got a bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel The egg was dense but not unpleasant. This place gets very very busy. And there is not a lot of space. We waited outside for our food to be called.

Very disappointed in our bagels yesterday. We visit this establishment every so often and we never had an issue, that was until yesterday. Our bagel the cream cheese was runny and made a mess and didn’t have any on the actual bagel. We asked for it to be double toasted and it did not even look toasted. Plus the girl behind the counter heard me and my boyfriend all for specific bagels and the girl had them on the rolling tray and didn’t offer it to us but to someone she knew.

Staff and service were outstanding. The bagel sandwiches were not so hot. Everything tasted artificial. When I order a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel, I don’t want the egg to be something similar to breakfast at a Hampton Inn. I wanted a fried egg and not something that tastes like it’s out of a bag or box. Anyone from NJ/NY, you’ve just been given an honest heads-up.

Looked like a good local spot and it is. The bagel selection was a decent variety. Given the time of day for our visit they were out of some. What we did order; everything w/ cream cheese; blueberry with butter; sunrise on cheddar; and avocado smash on habanero and bacon, was very good even though the habanero and bacon did not have spice that I was expecting. Really had no spice at all, but otherwise very good.

I’m back for my summer in Madison. The kids and I look forward to our favorite spots… I can’t say enough about the bagels…still delicious. I’m writing because I was surprised by their coffee and service. I ordered a dark roast and just added a splash of milk. It was a rainy day and the warm coffee was a perfect addition to my order, but at it tasted watery. Food is really good, just if you order online check your order as it might be missing some items. This is usually for a good reason but the communication that they couldn’t fill a particular part of the order is very poor. The part that is very disturbing is that they are still charging you even though you never received the item. Case in point I ordered a sandwich but they were out of that particular bagel so they didn’t make it, didn’t inform they didn’t make it, didn’t inform me it was not in the pick up bag, and still charged me. Luckily I check as you should as well.
