I wouldn’t feed this to my dog. These were dry and lukewarm. The lady in the drive-through was really nice though. My only complaint is the food. I can’t leave work again to go pick up a meal so I have to deal with this, the fries were great though nice and hot.

I don’t know why I keep giving this location a chance. I pulled into the drive-thru at 7:30 PM—well before closing—and sat there for 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged the speaker. When I finally got my “Original Recipe” bucket, the chicken was lukewarm at best and greasier than usual. To top it off, they forgot the biscuits I paid extra for, and the gravy looked like it had been sitting out since lunch. The staff seemed like they’d rather be anywhere else. Anchorage has plenty of other spots to grab a meal—save your money and go to the McDonald’s or So Thai down the street instead.

Can’t give less than one star. I went through the drive thru and got an order. They forgot my sides. I got home and when I called to complain, she told me it was just food not to get excited, and hung up on me. Isn’t food what it’s all about?

Ordered 6 chicken strips that did not meet the advertisement in the drive thru menu. It cost like 16 bucks. I ate three of the dry rubbery chicken thingies and fed the rest to the dogs.

KFC is falling off. The last 2 visits I feel that the chicken was over cooked and the biscuits dried out within 30 min. Ill be cooking my own chicken from now on.

Curtis at the front counter is a a fantastic employee and you guys should be happy to have him working for you. He was kind, courteous, helpfull, and knew the Menu really well and was able to give us quick and accurate answers to my questions. Food was ready at a reasonable time and tasted good.
The other employees working where really nice also, such a nice change compared to other fast food places.
Bring back Popcorn chicken KFC we the people of Alaska miss it already.

Nice new space with a drive-thru. Onsite seating is limited to nearly 20. Parking is also limited. Bathrooms are locked as there are many folx experiencing homelessness in the neighborhood. One such women was inside asking everyone for money and a staff member firmly yet respectfully asked her to leave. Food was hot and as ordered. Space is a great improvement from their previous location.

We tried the Beyond meat chicken nuggets. Beyond meat is a great brand but they failed on this! Very expensive and did not taste good at all. Customer service was great.

Whoever was working on March 31st at 4:30 p.m., those people deserve a raise. They were awesome, very accommodating, very fast with my food and very well mannered. The best experience I’ve had at any KFC by far. I’m also a general contractor who’s constantly picking up fast food for my guys and this was by far the best customer service I’ve had anywhere at a fast food joint
