My wife and I are both Arnie’s fans. Because of our location we’ve eaten at other Arnie’s locations plenty of times, but this was our first visit to this location. We called in our order for pick up; one large pepperoni and mushroom, and one gluten free pepperoni and mushroom. Both pizzas were delicious! Overall, based on one visit, I can’t say that this is my favorite Arnie’s, but it was good. The young lady who was working and training the new employees seemed very good at her job.

Manager in black shirt with pirate tattoo was degrading his employee with red hair and red tattoos telling her it was his restaurant and customers can wait pretty rude especially in front of customers

I need to report an extremely upsetting and unacceptable incident. A white man, around his late 30s to early 40s, spoke to me in the most rude, racist, and humiliating way in front of everyone simply because I couldn’t repeat something in his accent. I was speaking perfectly clear English, yet he acted as if my accent made me less capable, and even went as far as to tell me that I “can’t ever work” because I don’t sound like him.
The way he singled me out, mocked me, and tried to degrade me was not only disrespectful—it was blatantly racist. There are people from all different backgrounds and accents, and he had absolutely no right to insult me publicly and make me feel ashamed for something I cannot and should not have to change.
I am genuinely traumatized coming back there after the way he treated me. If this complaint is not taken seriously and handled properly, I will have no choice but to contact the company directly and take it further. No one should be spoken to like that. Ever.

Arni’s pizza is one of the best pizza I’ve ever had, the taste is just out of this world. Their topping are great and for the price of the pizza the 14″ will last year two days, so it’s way better than your neighborhood dominos or pizza hut. Fully recommend as a place to stop for good pizza.

I would give no stars if I could! Came in town for a concert tonight, attempted to order my grandson a meal (who was sitting down with my husband) to which the young kids doing the orders told me, I’m sorry it’s for under a as certain age. I said, so the kid sitting down with my husband don’t count?!? To which he replies that he’s sorry. I stated I was too and left! Probably not a good place to eat anyway, the restraunt smelt like sewage! Worse place ever!!!!!

I live in Michigan and came back to Lafayette for a visit. I always would get Arni’s salad growing up. Its been almost 20 years since I’ve had one and it did not disappoint. Tasted just like I remembered. My son was able to taste what I had growing up and he loved it too. The staff was so friendly. Was a great experience.
