I tried the jerk chicken patties and they were so good. Unlike other patties I’ve eaten before, I love how they make their crust so thin and flaky yet strong enough to hold all of the yummy filling in the inside. Paula sells these hot patties at the Wakefield farmers market and you could smell them from far away. They’re very authentic and have great craftsmanship in the dough.

I had a jerk chicken and beef patty egg roll at backgarden @ night at First Street Market. I devoured both in record time! They were both crunchy on the outside yet moist and juicy on the inside. While I liked both, the jerk chicken was extra special as it was a unique flavor you won’t find many places. Can’t wait to have some more in the future!
