I guess it’s too much to ask to have your order correct. Two happy meals, identical orders, no sauce. I call to let them know and they say oh we are sorry, is there anything we can do for you? Yeah how about you remember to put the sauce in the happy meal boxes….or better yet how about you double check the order to see if you remember to put a sauce in each box

I love that I can order breakfast anytime! Their sausage, egg, and cheese mcgriddle sandwiches are my favorite! The McDonalds on Stokes Road, Medford Lakes, NJ is the best McDonalds. It’s a log cabin town that was once a resort town. I love that this McDonalds stands up to the log cabin atmosphere and tradition.

First time I’ve been to this Mcdonald’s in a long time. Had to wait in drive thru space for my order along with others.
Went to my parents house right around rhe corner. Our sandwiches were cold but our fries were piping hot.
No excuse even if they were busy.
I paid 44.00. Unexceptable. After reading the reviews I can understand the low reviews
Advice: go to the one in Mt Holly. Food is hot and you get everything at the window. I can’t speak for everyone.Never had a bad experience there.Service is wonderful there. Even if they’re busy.

My first review of anything ever. That’s how ridiculous this place is. I have spent no less than 35 minutes each time waiting for no more than 2 hamburgers. Sometime up to an hour if there is an additional fry or worse ….. a happy meal. So… I thought…. Let mobile order and take it home. Well that’s worse. Now I wait 20-30 minutes before I drive there and then wait 10- 20 minutes in the store while they make it….. with a 50-75% chance it’s wrong or missing stuff. Tonight… 1/3rd my order is wrong/missing…. I have tolerated this until now. The lady tonight (assuming the manager) told me that the only way to fix this is to give them 10 more minutes or to let them know my name and she can have it there to make sure it’s done. My recommendation…. Literally order from any other towns McDonald’s….. I could order from Philly and damn near save time. Medford has been awful for years and somehow it’s even worse. If they let people just walk in and make it themselves it would be better.

Simply ordered on the mobile app – 2 number one big mac meals and a 2 cheeseburger meal. Arrived at the drive-thru 15 mins after placing my order to be asked to pull forward to wait for my order, which was weird since there was no one in front or behind me. I didn’t mind too much, hoping the food would be hot and fresh. Nope – not only was the food cold, but one of the big macs was missing the “mac” – just 2 cold patties (one with cheese) and 3 buns; no lettuce sauce, pickles, or onions. I don’t come here too often, but when I do, there seems to always be an issue. I’m taking it as a sign – I shouldn’t be eating fast-food!

Ordered a large fries this is what I get. Asked for no mayo on my sandwich and got a boat load of mayo on my sandwich and stale bread, milkshake had whip cream asked for no whip cream and the fries were cold. The cost of food is outrageous and the price I paid for the food quality was horrible. And to top it off they weren’t even busy.

Horrible. Glad this is not my home mcdonalds! whole order was wrong. All sandwiches were made wrong and missing egg. Put meat on my breakfast sandwich when I asked them not to..it was even typed on the slip on front of the sandwich…everyone here needs to go home and go back to bed.

But every time I go I’m disappointed

My order is one sausage egg ch McGriddle one hash brown one sausage egg McMuffin and one big breakfast with hotcakes. First time they give me only three hotcakes and two hash browns, I told them this not my order. They give me again but only one hash brown , one guy said my order is one hash brown if I have problems going in to talking to manager. Later they give me one more, I stay here to long , I didn’t check again. When I back home find they give me one egg McMuffin and one sausage McMuffin. Three times all mistake.
I don’t like here and never back again.
