An excellent place to eat. We made the drive after seeing CV online. The food was phenomenal. The sirloin was one of the better steaks I’ve ever had and those Vega fries were delicious. Mushroom and Swiss was a solid option. It’s not often a place fully lives up to the hype and expectations. Russ and his crew are doing things right! We will be back. Thank you.

Club Vaga is a place where everybody knows it’s name. My partner and I had been on the road for days, eating truck stop food as our journey went. This establishment was a great recommendation from a few local residents. We shared cauliflower bites, and when each had a steak (med rare), baked potatoes. Our server was extremely down to earth. Both her and the woman in the kitchen would tend to sing along with the music playing in the background, which was if anything entertaining. This was great food and great company. I would definitely return if I’m ever in the area again.

Ok, you go down this road and you’re not sure where it’s taking you. Then, you quickly see Club Vega on your right. The outside has beautiful metal work items placed on the wooden facade and their letters (CV) branded on posts down the side of the building.
Everyone was friendly. The service was quick. Our steaks were cooked perfectly and the baked potato was hot and fluffy! The only downfall was the hard bread stick. I’m so glad we took a chance to stop here. You should, too.

This was a gem. On my way to badlands and decided to stop in. Immediately an awesome vibe and great people. I got the Prime rib and it was nothing short of amazing. I live in NYC and I have some great food but this was on par with some of the best. HIGHLY Recommended!

Not much restaurant choice in Kimball, SD. Club Vega is actually pretty nice. I had the cheese pizza. It’s done in house. It was hot and pretty good. There are some beer choices on tap. Service was friendly and professional.

We were traveling and this was the closest restaurant on the way back. I called and asked for burgers to go and they were hot, ready, and all packed up for us just after we got there!!! She even portioned everything in half since we were splitting fries and onion rings and she cut the burgers and wrapped them in foil!!!! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! BEST BURGERS AND RINGS EVER!!!! Delicious food, great atmosphere, and apparently rock star service! Never been happier with a food choice while traveling, and it’s going to make it hard to compare or beat that experience! Thanks a bunch. ☺️

This place is genuine South Dakota. You walk in to servers who are excited to meet you, explain the menu options, and make you as comfortable as possible. This is real home cooking with steaks that are very high quality. This is worth getting off the interstate for. Do yourself a favor and stop!
