Did a carryout order. Pizza was cut terribly. Wings were soggy. There was one weird cheesestick on the bottom of one of the pizza and we didn’t order any cheesticks. Staff didn’t really seem to care.

I order once a week since the restaurant re-opened we liked it before but we love it now. Pizzas are always so nice and hot and they have the best chicken wings in town!!! Oconomowoc needs to keep this Pizza Hut Open.

We placed an online order tonight and received the best pizza, wings, and cheese bread — everything was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. We asked for double mushrooms on the pizza… and they actually gave us double mushrooms! It’s rare that a special request is followed so perfectly, and we really appreciated it.
Big shoutout to Ms. Aisha as well — she was so sweet and helpful on the phone. Great food, great service — we’ll definitely be ordering again!

I ordered my food at 5:48 and it did not get delivered to me until 7:40. I called twice to try to check the status on my order and was told the second time that they were closed even though I placed an order with them well over an hour before that. I tried to find out what was happening with my food and the guy mumbled something about a manager. If it wasn’t for my DoorDash driver sticking it out for me, I probably would have never gotten my food or even a refund. And they forgot to include the marinara for my breadsticks. By then I didn’t even want the pizza anymore. Super disappointing.

Dominoes is better, cheaper, and faster. Never getting Pizza Hut again. I see a lot of reviews recently about new owners driving this location into the ground, I was unaware of the new owners but…I agree!

Probably time to just close this one down. Gave it one last chance tonight after several debacles of awful service and subpar food…and it was more of the same. Pizza was an hour late (even though it was carryout), and employees didn’t care and were letting profanities fly for all to hear. Go literally anywhere else.
