My husband picked the resturant tonight and he decided to give this little place a try. If you are looking for really good Mexican food with more authentic flare, this is the place to go. We weren’t disappointed with anything we ate and our stomachs were full. The staff were friendly and engaged in conversation with us often. We will be back for sure.

The food was very good, but we went to celebrate my kids birthday and i asked them to bring out their birthday dessert when we were done and sing, however, i over heard them talking about not wanting to sing, so they didnt. They just sat the dessert down & didnt even SAY happy birthday to the kids. That was disappointing

This place is off the main road , and looks kind of sketchy, but don’t be deterred by this. The menu is not as large , with as much variety, as a lot of restaurants in town. But what they have is outstanding. Authentic Mexican food is what you will get here. The street tacos were thick with meat and flavorful. Sodas come in tall glass bottles, so no free refills.

We decided to go check this place out one night fairly late (8:30pm ish) when it was snowing/icing outside. No one but one employee, (possibly the owner I’m not sure) was there Given the time and weather conditions and the kitchen was already shut down at this point but the lady offered to make us some margaritas and let us have some chips and salsa while we shot a few games of pool. The salsa was great, we enjoyed the large and small margaritas and appreciated that she let us play that close to closing time. The reason I’m giving 2 stars is because – 1 large margarita, 1 small margarita and 1 small cheese dip (to go) brought our total to $40.

We sat there over an hour waiting. Wasted our entire lunch break waiting for our food then had to hurry and eat. Not one time did they stop at our table and say sorry it’s taking so long or even acknowledge us.

This is a restaurant inside a grocery store that definitely gives you authentic vibes. All the food I’ve had here is great (chips and salsa is especially good) and its not usually crowded.
