This food is amazing! I was delighted in their tandoori chicken, which comes out on a sizzling plate! Their chicken madras was excellent as well! They had a table with dishes waiting for us, and the food came out much faster than expected! We got the medium spice level, which was right on our preference. Highly recommended, will definitely return!

Food is awesome! Service was probably just laid back. Very friendly staff water glasses stayed full, so probably more European Service…

Came to this place with a party of five. This place was surprisingly empty at 1pm in the afternoon. The naan was delicious. One got chicken tiki masala, chicken mango, and I got lamb vanduloo (probably spelled that wrong). Everyone loved there meals. For 5 of us (two splitting a meal) it ran $60 before tip. Would definitely go again.

Lovely place…clean and comfortable, the employees are very kind and personable. And the food is well made, delicious, and very reasonably priced! Perfect for a date night or a quick lunch or a group gathering.

This is my new favorite Indian spot in Louisville! The staff was so friendly and it was nice that they all helped each other throughout our meal. Our waters were full and our basmati rice was always refilled. Best prices I’ve ever seen for this cuisine as well! Super affordable. I can’t personally handle spice well and they really went above and beyond to make my meal enjoyable! It was so flavorful and I definitely ate way too much, but it was my favorite lamb curry I’ve ever had! The pieces of naan were huge and so good. The pakora we got were awesome too and the flavors were very complex and fantastic. It was warm, clean, and welcoming inside and I’ll definitely be going here from now on!

We went in for the lunch buffet, arriving a few minutes past 2:00. The door reads Lunch Buffet 11:00-2:30. The food was great, full of flavor and the staff was very pleasant. At 2:15 the mood changed from a pleasant lunch to an uncomfortable race to eat. They brought the check before we finished our first plate. At 2:20 we were told if we wanted to get dessert to go get it and set it aside on our table. At 2:25 a staff member said we had 5 minutes to get our food. Then we were ignored while they removed all the food from the buffet and started cleaning up. When I did get someone’s attention to get drink refills they bought them in to-go cups! We finished our food quickly and very uncomfortably while the staff watched us eat. I was extremely disappointed with the whole experience, especially after reading so many positive reviews. This was our first visit, and possibly our last, as we aren’t sure if we will be coming back. If we do, it definitely will be before 2:00 so we have time to eat peacefully!!

Good food and ambience is also good. The background songs were bad though. The person who was serving us didn’t even gave us option to order main course. He gave the bill when we were about to complete starters and bread. That is the only bad part.

Found this jewel while vacationing in the area and was more than pleasantly surprised! I have had curry all over the world and this is the best I’ve had in years. So authentic.

This is my husband and I’d favorite place to eat. It’s always so delicious. Unfortunately we found out about this place during COVID so we never got to try their buffet. Please please please consider bringing the buffet back.

The food is delicious but the service is subpar. The plates were dirty and the server came and took it and put it on another table that we watched them sit a family at maybe 20 mins later. The sheet on the table had old food on it so I doubt they take those off the table between customers. Our server couldn’t focus on us at all. If we had questions about a menu item, he would say “think about what you want and I’ll be back” and just walk away. I asked for a drink and he completely forgot. I told him never mind after waiting forever and he gave me an excuse that the machine was down and they just got it fixed even though we watched another server make another table’s drinks while waiting on mine. I can’t help but to wonder if it’s a cultural thing or a race thing because we definitely noticed a difference in service with other customers. It’s a shame. We’ve spent a lot of money there for take out and this was our first time dining in. I doubt we’ll be back.
