To the two girls working this morning who forgot to make my drink while I was standing there ten minutes, even after pretending to enter my rewards when paying, giving me a food item still frozen and got mad when I nicely asked if you could heat it up (it’s a food item to-go, so not sure where you’re expecting people to heat that up and they shouldn’t have to make a special stop for that. They do both of these things often when their manager isn’t there). That’s actually not the part that upset me because I have worked customer service and understand how difficult and underpaid it is. What got me was when they finally made my drink and I left, I took a sip and there was milk in it. I came back in and politely asked you if there was milk in it, your assistant manager looked offended I’d even ask and she made it clear she wasn’t going to take the time to remake it. I understand it was busy, but I can’t have milk. So your employee came back and told me there was no milk. I asked if she was sure and she said yes. Welp, I’ve barely sipped on it because I had a feeling that was untrue, and now I’m going home sick ten minutes into work, where I was almost late because of them anyways. It really upsets me when restaurants aren’t conscious of food allergies and sensitivities. I have lost a relative to a food allergy and have gotten sick several times from restaurants because they weren’t careful, even though I’m very diligent. But two sips even can put me down for a few days. Whey protein, reduced, and powders aren’t my sensitivity, plain old milk and other dairy products not compounded are. I shouldn’t even have to explain that but a lot of people just don’t care about food sensitivities. It can make someone really sick, please be more careful and don’t get upset when people ask if one of their sensitivities and allergies were made. The drink I order doesn’t even have milk or even an alternative milk included in the ingredients, so if you make this mistake, please just make it right. I don’t even care that there was no apology for pretending to enter my rewards, which I think is just a weird thing to do, forgetting about my drink, the frozen food item, or for being rude when it was totally unprovoked. I don’t even want an apology for the milk mishap, just make it right when you’re putting other people at risk.

Came here to get a coffee after checking into (and out quickly) a hotel nearby that was disgusting! Our barista Jordan was awesome with recommendations on where to stay. Our beverages were delicious! Will be back on our trip to great falls.

I do like their coffee, but the breakfast items were a joke. 5 25 for a breakfast burrito the smaller than McDonald’s and the same for a dry small breakfast sandwich…not impressed when I know several of their competitors knock it out of the park for breakfast. Good thing I used a gift card so I didn’t have to spend my own money.

Love this place and the people that work there!! IMO, they have the best coffee and their ham and cheese pretzel is phenomenal! They always have great customer service and for being there at god awful hours in the morning, have the cheeriest personalities! Kudos to them and all they do Especially Lorenzo!
