Ordered 2 Classic Cinnamon Rolls no problem. Young lady at the counter rang me up normal. Even though her job to box up the 2 rolls is a simple one, I still proceeded to tip the establishment 18%. From being in the restaurant industry myself, I believe what goes around comes around so I usually always leave a tip whenever an option is presented to me.

Cinnamon rolls are great but customer service is lacking. The employees look miserable, no smiles, no eye contact. The thing that bothered me most is that they were out of a few products today. My favorite is the “center of the roll”. They had the tag up in the display case but when I asked to order one the worker said they “have none right now”. So I decided to get their new churro frosting sandwich, which they had advertised on a big display, and which also had a tag in the display case, but they had none of those either. No option to wait for one, just “we don’t have it right now” and it was 3 hours before closing time!

Love to stop here while visiting the mall. The cinnamon rolls are alway delicious even more so when you add the pecan and Carmel to them. I love that you can now by the frosting in stub to use as frosting for different baked goods like cup cakes. The cinnamon rolls we got were fresh and full of flavor.

Super disappointed. I asked for a cinnabon with lots of frosting. The girl looked at me shrugged her shoulders and instead of giving me one of the many with lots of frosting she says here is a side of frosting for .50 more. I asked how come I am being charged more when there are plenty available with frosting right there, she didn’t respond just kept trying to finish my transaction.
