It was my family’s first time here and it was just okay. We were bummed to find out that they didn’t have their liquor license yet but that is to be expected with a new business. We were seated promptly and got our drinks/food quickly. There were 4 of us with a toddler and they sat us at a small table with barely any space for all the dishes that were brought out. The shrimp fajitas were disappointing. The vegetables were under cooked and very hard, the beans were bland and you only get 2 small tortilla wraps for a whole bunch of food. My boyfriend’s chicken and steak fajitas were not good. The chicken and steak were overcooked, dry and almost uneatable because of all the char on them. Also his vegetables were hard and undercooked. The rice was good but a little dry. The chips had no taste but the salsa was delicious. We had empty cups the entire time and the server never came back after we got our food to ask if we wanted refills or needed anything else. Overall, pretty disappointed considering they had good reviews.

So happy to have local, DELICIOUS, and authentic Mexican. Our first visit brought a very friendly, attentive staff; quickly served, hot, amazing food; and super reasonable prices. The restaurant was clean and inviting and we can’t wait to go back. We all left stuffed and hope they will be here to stay!

The food was incredible. I ordered an enchilada, chalupa, and quesadilla. The food was fresh and hot like it was just made. The food was very authentic, the atmosphere was great and the prices are very reasonable for home cooked food. The service was spectacular and my waiter Pedro was so kind and accommodating! I highly recommend this place and can’t wait to come back!

The food was full of flavor. Absolutely delicious. The menu was a little overwhelming for someone like me who likes to try new things. It was hard to choose. Ended up getting the “Burrito Jalisco” deep fried burrito and the “La mi patria” which has three types of enchiladas. Yum! Finished off with deep fried ice cream.

I recently had the pleasure of trying the Birria Tacos at Cinco de mayo, and I must say, they left an unforgettable impression on my taste buds. The first thing that struck me was the tenderness of the birria meat. It practically melted in my mouth with every bite. The slow-cooked beef was infused with a rich medley of spices, resulting in a savory and slightly smoky flavor that was incredibly satisfying.

So worth the trip,authentic,delicious Mexican cuisine. Generous portions,great service,huge menu options including vegetarian and children’s portions. The best Mexican food in CNY. Waitress was friendly and attentive,food arrived quickly and was presented so attractively. Didn’t try dessert as we were both so filled. Establishment very clean with interesting decor. We will definitely make this restaurant one of our monthly repeats.

Disappointing. The food had absolutely no taste to it. I ordered carne asada tacos and the steak was not seasoned at all. Rice and beans came before our meal. Staff was very friendly though.

Authentic Mexican cuisine. Amazing flavor, great service and really good prices! The owner goes above and beyond to please you! A must stop destination if your visiting Sylvan Beach! Sit back have a drink and enjoy!
