Stopped at Subway tonight to grab two steak subs for me and my wife, and Jay absolutely crushed it. He was friendly, quick, and really took his time making sure everything was done right. The subs looked amazing -stacked, fresh, and made exactly how we wanted. Can’t wait to get home and dig in. Big shoutout to Jay for the great service!

I stopped by Subway at 4243 Lakeville Rd store 27856-0 at 8:35 pm. On 6-26-24 The young lady who served me making by sandwich was friendly and informative with the menu and items. Continuing the conversation she was telling me how she is proud to make the sandwiches out there and she loves her job interacting with customers at subway. She stated she was on maternity and missed people that she worked with and persons that she served. So many people are negative and the vibe gets passed along. This encounter was so positive I had to complement her. Her name is Jai server ID 1227. Thank you for the conversation and I hope this reaches your manger and owner.

Walking into the store, I was greeted with the warm embrace of… silence. It turns out mozzarella and Swiss cheese have gone the way of the dinosaurs—extinct. Watching the subs being made was like witnessing a slow-motion cooking show, where the toppings seemed to age like fine wine, only less appetizing. The customers ahead of me had to play a fun game of “Spot the Missing Ingredient” with the employee, who sighed a heartfelt “thank god” when reinforcements arrived. Alas, the cavalry brought no improvement. The customers, ever the epitome of patience, politely communicated their desires while gravity did its best to nudge the sandwiches towards the cash register. It was a journey so slow, I half-expected to see a tortoise overtaking us.

new person made my sub, her boss was rude to her toppings kept falling out of my sub asked for it to be remade the boss said they can’t because of the food cost. Customer comes first. Went to go eat it opened it up topping not in the bread, bread barely cut open. If i could put a picture i would to show how terrible the sub looked.

Im just gonna give this 1 star as I’ve had good experiences, but have twice now paid for and not gotten the Happy Gilmore cups and the number isnt even for this location. Reaching out to Subway, they been no help for me either. Im willing to change it once this has been made right.

I made the mistake of giving these guys a glowing review. That was four days ago. Unfortunately, when I was making a app order in Pennsylvania, it reverted to this store. I realize that within seconds of place in the order because I was standing at the checkout counter in St. Mary’s Pennsylvania, as I was placing the order, and couldn’t understand why they couldn’t see it. I checked the order and saw that it had been made at this store in New York. This was about 30 seconds of placing the order so I know the sandwiches hadn’t been built. I use the contact store number on the app and when the guy answered, he said he was in Indiana not New York, so I was unable to cancel the order with him. I checked on Google maps and it had the same phone number for Indiana. I did a Google yellow pages look up for the business found the correct order which was frankly about 5 to 7 minutes later, call them and explain the problem and said I’d like a refund and do not build a sandwich. I was told a manager would call me. The manager never did. I called again today and was told the manager would call me. Since I had low confidence in this, I attempted to look up a corporate contact and email number, and unfortunately, the complete online requires a store identification, which I don’t have because I didn’t have a receipt. I called the store again and said my only option unless somebody calls me back is to do a complaint with a Better Business Bureau and they said since I was raising my voice, they hung up on me. I have to say after initial quality experience. These people completely suck and are completely unresponsive to a problem that I didn’t create but only because their phone number is listed in Indiana versus New York where they did it or Subway corporate I don’t know, but they’re completely unsympathetic and unresponsive to an order problem and they have an inability to be contacted about it

The girl who was working by herself on Tuesday around 11 am was fantastic. I actually have never had a person care so much about their job and take care of the customers with the utmost respect. I’m sorry that I did not get her name but she was amazing.

Came in right before closing,got a turkey sub with lettus and black olives. All was super fresh and tasted delicious. The server was very friendly. Think this will be the preferred one instead of the Subway at Walmart they have let the ball drop.
