I came here today with my 4 year old and he wanted the center of the rolls. The elderly lady that checked us out was beyond sweet. The Food on the other hand was horrible, the rolls were so old/stale that when I put the fork (in each and every one of them they crumbled. They were not soft, gooey or delicious. I wouldn’t spend over seven dollars for it again.

You can smell the caramel rolls even before you get there. They tasted so great. They were fresh, warm and melting…perfect. I’ve had the ice cream too, it was delicious.

I really like your goods, but you need to put more icing and caramel on your rolls. Very thin layer and doesn’t taste right. Also when I get caramel bites or cinnamon bites to go, not enough on those either as your employees empty the cups into clamshell containers and don’t scrap the topping into them. If this keeps up, I may not go back there.

I stood waiting for the employee today to come over so we could buy something for my kids. She looked at us and after the couple in front of us was done she just stood there until an old woman came over and jumped us in line. Will never return due to this disrespectful service.

I don’t even know why I accepted my cinnamon rolls, I was in shock as I watched the employee lick his fingers 3x while putting my cinnamon roll into a to go box. I will not be eating them, or there again if that is normal, it’s disgusting.

Cinamen Roll Co also houses Cool Bird Creamery, which is the MOST amazing ice cream in town. It’s a show to watch it being made, but it is honestly the smoothest, most delicious ice cream you can find. The cinnamon rolls smell amazing, too.

Went there and none of the staff had gloves on. The lady continuously touched my ice cream with her bare hands. I was also charged for $5.90 when it should have been $4.19, not impressed. Will not be going back again until sanitation is taken into consideration.
