I love this place!!! Everytime we come here the pizza and dessert are always delicious and have many options. The staff here is very kind and welcoming. They also have and arcade and claw machine are which is fun to play on after eating. Would recommend to anyone who loves pizza and games!!!

I received some coupons in the mail and decided to visit for the first time. Was impressed that they had a buffet for 4.99 (digital coupon on website) and a variety of pizza. I got myself a large cheese pizza and it’s HUGE. When I visited, there were a lot of people in the restaurant. Mostly families with kids. Maybe because they have the arcade game area in the back. The front counter lady, despite being busy, still took great care of me. I didn’t manage to get her name, but could be Elizabeth (the name I see on my receipt.)
I will come back some later time to try out the buffet. It looks promising with all the pizza, pasta and desserts.

My family and I visited Cici’s Pizza around 6:30 PM on a Wednesday, and the experience was incredibly disappointing. Despite the restaurant being open until 10:00 PM, staff had already cordoned off three-quarters of the dining area. Most of the dining room was already shut down for cleaning. New customers were literally struggling to find a place to sit. On top of that, the restrooms were a mess—clogged and poorly labeled. We left wondering why we even bothered staying. 6:30 PM to 10:00 PM just showes how unreasonable the early cleanup was. It is a really frustrating experience, especially when you’re just trying to enjoy a mid-week family dinner.

Walked in at 9 to caught was was left and they made an effort to get us hot pizza. So polite. Great game room and dinning area was very clean. Saw a beautiful big family eating together great atmosphere!

Manager actively seemed angry and pushy about us even entering and getting food. Also I know claw machines are supposed to rip you off. But if every machine is actively swallowing tokens and the claws themselves can’t even go down fully then please put a “Do Not Work” sign on the machines. Would not recommend going if you want to play any arcade machines.

The food bar was always stocked. Someone was constantly cleaning up the plates and tables, which is good. The only downside, was that the bathroom smelled like an outhouse.

It was clean but we weren’t too thrilled, it’s just not like it used to be Half the games didn’t work or coins got stuck, pasta was dried out, had been sitting for a bit, the was ok but the dressing… and very slim pickins on the dessert.

The tomatoes weren’t being washed. Just put straightfrom the box into the cambro on the servingtable… and the rest room smells so bad and was so dirty.. it used to be one of our go to places but that’s upsetting..

I usually enjoy coming here with my daughter, but I don’t understand the price discrepancies. I’ve heard multiple times children under 3 are free and that’s been the experience, but depending on the cashier, they charge you, even if you point out the policy.
