I believe this is a local pizza buffet place! The buffet is pretty small, I asked the waitress to put in a request for a veggie pizza! A man shouted from the kitchen! Nobody do not eat that! After hearing that I had to ask the waitress is he’s going to fix it or not? So I could decide to leave if they were not going to fix a veggie Pizza to put on the Buffet! Into my second plate,I got the cheese sticks there was a hair baked in the cheese! Went and found the waitress, show her the plate with the hair baked inside the cheese bread. The manager did not want to come an address the issue! The cashier just said you can go.. yeah I will not be returning! Was expecting a little bit more in North Richland Hills! I think I went too far up under the overpass! When I Googled and found this place . Lol

This place was so simple and friendly. We had the buffet and drinks. The pizza was coming out hot and fresh and the salad bar was well stocked with all my favorites. We went for lunch and it got sort of busy at around 11:30. The locals here know a good and reasonably priced restaurant like this Pizza Inn. The staff was very nice and attended our refills with no hassle. I liked it here and if your kids are not in the mood for pizza. The selfserve nachos are a must..I ate more of the nachos than pizza. Great place for the family. I really did like it here.

The pizzas rotate steady, so everything stays hot and fresh. The salad bar is simple but strong — way better than you’d expect from a buffet this size. And for dessert, they do cinnamon rolls their own way: a double-decker dessert pizza. When you peel the layers apart, it tastes just like pulling apart a fresh cinnamon roll. Small lineup, but it works.
The real highlight though was David. I think his family owns the place, and you can feel that pride in how he moves. He was everywhere at once — cracking jokes, checking tables, running food, keeping everyone smiling — but never missing a beat. He doesn’t just serve, he hosts. David made the whole night feel like a family gathering, and that kind of service is rare.

I’m picky so I don’t give a lot of 5 star reviews but this is the place for a pizza buffet. I came in at a slow time 230 pm most people have ate and gone on home. they asked me what was my favorite pizza . They made it quickly and filled buffet with fresh pizzas. Salad was really good. Fresh products and definitely try that potatoe salad. Atmosphere is a 80s to 90s feel. I wonder if the staff is family because they worked very well together and kept my drink filled. Have Uber ready to pick you up due to eating way to much! Don’t waste your time at cicis this is the place to eat.

Visited this Pizza Inn tonight as part of the Watermere senior group. We were welcomed by management and staff and treated so well. The pasta, pizza, and salad bar was exceptional. All items were super fresh and the selection could not have been more diverse. The Pizza Inn in Richland Hills is a MUST visit. It is an ideal dining establishment for individuals, families, and especially senior citizens. Add this place to your dining favorite when you are in the Fort Worth/North Richland Hills area.

Best pizza buffet all day long! Cheese bread is out of this world. Excellent options of pizza and salad bar sides. Nachos, spaghetti and soups are also a part of the buffet. Don’t forget to leave room for their delicious dessert pizza, too!

Okay I went to Pizza Inn tonight with my significant other and we were the only people in there cause it’s pretty like like an hour before closing late and our Server was this guy named Danny, Danny was the sweetest guy ever his customer service was literally the best customer service I think I’ve literally ever had an I’m not speaking in hyperbole either genuinely so sweet and welcoming went of his was to make us the pizza of our choice which were delicious btw and then made us fresh desert with the help of his lads, over the experience was great the other employees were also so very sweet and polite and I’m definitely coming back and by the next time I come back Danny have better have gotten a promotion or moved up in positions he was such a legend and genuinely made my night!!! Thank you pizza inn!!!!

Was so excited to find a Pizza Inn and that they still had a pizza buffet. The buffet was great, several options and they kept bringing out fresh pies. They also kept letting you know which pies would come out next. They had the typical meat lovers pies, cheese, pepperoni but they also had buffalo chicken which was delicious. Dessert pizzas were also very good!

Pizza buffet everything was old & cold, had to wait for them to fire pizzas so 10-15mins later before something that was edible. We didnt get the right drinks we ordered. Literally not sure why they even need a “server” just for some refills when there’s a soda fountain to serve yourself. The only good food items was salad bar and dessert. Definitely wasn’t worth the 70+$ I spent as a family of four to eat dinner. Should’ve went to Cicis!
