$10 buffet is amazing deal for the price!
When you combine it with custom made pizzas you can’t beat it! (Check out the photos) – specifically, asked for extra. 🙂

Management is always friendly.

The place is reasonably clean, it’s a pizza place for kids where people put up their own dishes, and not a high end restaurant.

I spent time reviewing the other reviews, and feel it’s just people looking to get something for free, because I found none of it to be true from my experience.

Highly recommend, build a custom pizza, and I bet you can’t find a better deal for the price.

So were do I start between staff not cleaning the booths or the tables correctly not even wiping down the booths cleaning tables with one wipe missing big spots on the table possibly with a dirty rag. Sticky floors throughout the restaurant water down soup sauce the chicken soup tasting more like water soup. Staff that make the food are cooking with an apple air pod in their ears the ones that supposed to clean the restaurant are standing around talking with each other so long that customers are forced to walk around them. You can tell when the managers don’t care or non existent. The bathrooms are nasty worse than a truck stop at 3am. I know I’m a trucker myself I’ve seen nasty places this is one of those shouldn’t be but is. When you hire a bunch of kids so you can pay low wages this is what you get. Your restaurant goes down hill. 1 restaurant already closed due to this behavior. Hey you get what you hired. Non of us will be back nor our friends. Rather eat at McDonalds than a dirty place like this. For the price you pay it should be better than this. When customers are cleaning the floor because the staff refuses too. That’s saying something. Not only my brother was cleaning the floor other customers were too the staff just stood around and watched.

As a cicis pizza lover, this location has to be one of the better ones in Houston. I came in with my wife to redeem some free buffets and the manger was friendly and allowed us to redeem on two separate transactions. The lobby was well kept and the pizza was super yummy. My wife’s only complaint was the fresh cinnamon rolls weren’t as soft as she’d expected. Our visit was overall great!

The cashier was super sweet, very informational about the prices, pizza, drinks, etc. The food was great, the buffet was kept very clean. They weren’t too busy, which was nice. The arcade was clean. The workers were very fast at making sure everything was kept tidy, tables cleaned, plates put away. We’ll def be back to this location specifically.

My kids and I visited this location over the weekend, and Oliver truly stood out. There was a large group of boys, at least a dozen, who had taken over the buffet. As we were getting ready to leave, I went to grab brownies for my kids, but by the time we got there, they were all gone and my kids were disappointed. Oliver noticed what was happening and, without hesitation, set aside enough brownies for my kids and brought them directly to our table. His thoughtfulness completely turned the moment around and made our visit memorable. We genuinely appreciated his kindness.

Service was friendly but floor and tables needed some cleaning. Food was decent but limited selection and a few pizzas on buffet looked like they been there awhile. Cinnamon rolls always hot the spot though to finish the meal.

I will say I went to this CiCi’s along time ago and it wasn’t that great at all. However the staff this time was AMAZING and the food kept coming out fresh and even the salad bar stayed fresh.
Me and the family were very pleased with our experience this time. (Also right now they have PUMPKIN spice cinnamon rolls !!!) for all you pumpkin lovers.

Worst customer service ever, the manager was Oliver (spanish guy) didn’t even try to accommodate me when I showed him my pizza didn’t have enough meat on it. I had this issue last time I visited this location, and specifically asked to be sure my pizza was made right, I will never recommend my family or friends to this location.

My family and I are frequent visitors at this location and we loved it, we have been customers here for several years! Unfortunately, we are not going to be visiting anymore! We loved the garden salad and it was the only salad my kids would eat! They have changed the salad to mixed greens that are dirty and soggy! The salad tastes more like grass now and is very bitter. Very disappointed as we would visit at least once a month. Please please change it back to the garden salad!

My Disappointing First Experience at CiCi’s Pizza in Spring, TX

As a first-time customer, I was eager to try CiCi’s Pizza at 315 Sawdust Rd, Spring, TX on December 29, 2026, after hearing about an advertised all-you-can-eat buffet for just $5.99. Before heading out, I called the restaurant to confirm the promotion. The manager, Oliver, assured me the deal was valid, and I made plans to visit with my sister.

Misleading Pricing and Poor Communication

Upon arriving, my sister and I were charged $25 total for the buffet, a far cry from the confirmed $5.99 per person. When we brought the discrepancy to the manager’s attention, we were told no refund could be issued, despite the prior confirmation. This was my first indication that this visit would not meet expectations.

Subpar Buffet and Dining Experience

The buffet itself was disappointing and poorly maintained. Options were extremely limited, and many items appeared old or poorly prepared. Additionally, the dining area was unclean, with unsanitized tables and floors that clearly needed attention. Staff members seemed disengaged, spending more time on their phones than attending to customers.

Slow Service and Low-Quality Food

I later ordered 20 wings for $25, which took 25 minutes to prepare. When the food was finally ready, we were instructed to retrieve it ourselves instead of having it delivered to the table. The wings were of poor quality, making the wait and price completely unjustifiable.

Unprofessional Management

The following day, December 30, 2026, I returned to request a refund for the wings. I spoke with the General Manager Elias, who refused to issue a refund and responded with a dismissive, hostile attitude. Attempts to obtain district manager contact information were also refused. Management repeatedly displayed unprofessional behavior and a lack of accountability.

Conclusion

My visit to CiCi’s Pizza was marred by misleading pricing, poor food quality, lack of cleanliness, and unprofessional staff behavior. For a first-time customer, the experience was extremely disappointing. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this location and will not be returning.

This experience highlights the importance of verifying promotions and paying attention to customer service, as even widely recognized chains can have locations that fail to meet basic expectations
