Sloppily made burgers, rude night staff and cold fries. And if you bring anything to there attention they give you massive attitude. If I could give them a negative rate I would -10/10 negative 10 out of 10 they need to be shut down.

When I went in to pick up my mobile order. The managers that was working on the shift had nasty attitudes was verbally yelling at the employees and very short with customers. I ordered a salad it had so much dark brown leaves inside of it. The bake potato was burnt & hard. I asked four times for light ice and was ignored and then the employee to told manager that I asked and that was ignored and still received a lot of ice. Very unsatisfied for someone who was ordering food on the lunch break.

Placed a mobile order. Staff are always rude, never says “Welcome to Wendys” or “Thankyou”. They always act like the customer is an inconvenience. No matter how small or big the order is, no matter the time of day, always have to pull up and wait about 10 min. That’s after waiting 10-15 in line as well. Wendys experience has gone downhill over the years and continues today. 4 different Wendys in the area, and they are all the same.

My wife purchase chicken fingers, they gave her her order and one little packet of sauce, in the middle of a meal she ran out so I went to get her another they told me then that from now on they will be charging 50 cents for a simple sauce. I would just like you guys to know that 50 cents was the last single time I will ever buy a Wendy’s product ever again, I hope it was worth it

Rude customer service. Don’t know how to read the screen and bag everything that was ordered the first time. Listing to explicit music so loud in the car my baby woke up in the backseat. Hire people that have actual customer service

I left the Aurora location, after finding on the website they won’t open until 10:30 but it’s people walking around inside. Oakwood location was fast and freshly made. The lady that took my order was fairly nice. I’ll definitely will be here for breakfast ☺️
