Received undercooked hash-browns the last two visits to the location. My mocha ice coffee was so dark and had so much chocolate syrup in it that there still was a lot sweeting in the bottom. The bacon was old and no good.

Extremely slow drive-through and employees who obviously don’t care enough to actually read the special instructions on the receipt and on the ticket very clearly shows extra onions extra pickles and I received neither after a 15 minute wait in the drive-through. It has to boil down to extremely poor management at this location. Every single time there is some sort of issue like that you would think basic training would teach your employees to read the instructions on the orders when there is clearly a label stuck to the top of the box that says extra pickles and extra onions

Typical McDonald’s interaction. I used mobile order and parked in the designated spots. The order came quickly and was accurate. Food was fresh and hot fries with just the right amount of salt so good on you for this trip.

Had a mobile order for 2 double cheeseburgers (no pickle) and a large 10 piece nugget meal. Confirmed on my phone through the app and email. Gave my code at the order box, and pulled around to the last window, got my drink, and was asked to pull to the end of the building as they were working on my food. That’s fine. 15 minutes later, I still hadn’t received my food, was asked by 3 different people what I was waiting on, as if my order had disappeared or been forgotten, then was brought a bag with one burger (with pickles), a small fry, and 8 nuggets in a 10 nugget box. Even though this is the most convenient fast food place for where I work, I will absolutely never come here again. Unbelievable.

I come to this location often since I work across the street, the guy that takes my order is so sweet but the lady who works the second window constantly has an attitude. As someone who works in customer service I would never slam the window in someone’s face and not even give a chance to even say thank you…

Giving this location a 1 star. We were on a road trip and actually came from another McDonald’s 5 minutes away because the drinks were all watered down. Come to find out, this location was watered down as well. I asked for sweet tea and the manager did not provide customer service at all. She walked away from me while I was talking and gestured inappropriately. Another employee actually assisted me very respectfully, and would love to individually rate the employee 5 stars.
P.S. if you’re not from this town, DO NOT go here.

Just bad all around. Drive thru order. No issues taking order. Get to window. Realize mistake with order. They say no problem fix it. Have us park. Soda is flat. Food brought out. Entire order is wrong. Go inside. Ask about mcrib. They say i can have bbq sauce cause they are out our sauce.the employees are dancing around like idiots and yelling that they out of that sauce. Oh well. I get refund and leave. It looking like a kindergarden in their. All children and one overworked manager trying to keep it together. Wont be coming back.

Ordering a large drink with no ice shouldn’t be complicated—but somehow this McDonald’s made it a problem. I’ve ordered a large lemonade with no ice over 40 times here without issue. But this time, they handed me what looked like a medium cup barely half full and called it a day.
When I politely went back through and asked them to fix it, they told me they couldn’t because “no ice” meant they weren’t allowed to fill it up. Apparently, filling the cup with actual drink instead of ice is against policy—which makes absolutely no sense when I paid for a large.
So let me get this straight: If I want a full cup, I have to let you water it down with ice and cheat me out of product? That’s not policy. That’s a scam. You don’t get to short customers and blame it on some weak excuse. Do better.
