Pretty disappointed in this location. Don’t come here after 6pm unless you want food that has been sitting out for hours. They also didn’t have over half the pizzas they should have. It seems like they don’t bring out any new pizzas later in the day. Only desert they had out were cinnamon rolls and like 2 brownies.
Restrooms were gross and tables weren’t clean. All the employees seemed like they didn’t want to be there. The girl who checked us out was on FaceTime with someone when processing my payment and had air pods in. So unprofessional.

Way better than the one in Decatur. They even the tvs on. And crust isn’t so oily. It’s actually fluffy. They constantly clean the tables and put out good deserts.

Beyond disappointed with this location after today. I usually always come here to get the Apple pie pizza. I got an apple pie pizza around 6:30 today. When I get home I pick up a slice just for it to fall completely straight down extremely undercooked. So I go back up there to get it remade and showed them. Specifically asked for them to not put that much icing on there again just for it to look worse if not the same. She said yall normally put 20 squirts of icings! Never had this problem
Until today. I was given a drink cup while I wait. Coke is my favorite and it was coming out extremely dark and tasted like diet. I mentioned it to the manager and she took a sip and then never did anything about it after that. Just said well I don’t like coke. I use to be an assistant manager this absolutely should’ve been dealt with another way! Felt very ignored and it all felt deliberate because they didn’t wanna do there job right to being with and this wouldn’t have been a problem! Got a refund but I didn’t get an apple pizza like I went up there literally twice for and waited for.

Wasn’t expecting much at just visiting and craving pizza, but coming here and seeing how we’ll manage and organized on assisting guest and having fresh food out once a tray goes empty amazed me on how great service is given here and how great the food tasted ! There were only two worker, one gentleman assisting the front and a lady making the food wise ,thank you so much .!
Who would have thought Cici would be one for the books on just simply being a pizza place wise . Big THANK YOU on stomach full and making this place so welcome it feels like I’m back at home . Cici Pizza you have now gained a new fan and supporter in any way there is. It was a pleasure crossing path and I will forever only eat pizza at and from Cicis Pizza

Plenty of pizza avaliable at the buffet and we even ordered a special pizza for our table with no problem.
Th only reason this doesn’t get a 5 star is because the game room is noticeably dirty. It did not smell or looked as if it had been cleaned in quite a while.

You can never go wrong with cicis, fresh pizza being made on the spot. If they see a pizza sitting there too long or that is cold they toss is and make a new one. $13 for 2 people, all you can eat? This is a great deal for your buck.

Affordable pizza buffet for sure. Salad, pizza and desserts were available and tasty. Custom pizza they made for me was yummy. Overall good experience. Can be more hygiene and also on Labor Day 2021, they had some issue going between employees which is kinda uncomfortable.

Great staff. All the way from the front counter all the way to the one busting tables. Very polite and helpful.
Everything was clean and nice. Bright and cheery.
Now for the reason for not having 5 stars. The pizza sauce was not very flavorful, kind of bland. There regular deserts tasted good but were a little under done.
