This is the fourth time in less than a month that my coffee order has been wrong. The baristas just can’t bothered to listen. Ordering a pistachio latte shouldn’t be so complex. Save yourself the trouble and go annywhere else.

Yesterday, when my husband and I placed an order, it took a long time for our drinks to be served. I was also trying to collect stars, but the payment was completed before I could, and I was just told to contact customer service. They didn’t even give me a receipt until I asked for it myself.
I also tried to check if the drink I received was correct, but the staff didn’t even look and pretended not to notice. When they finally spoke to me, I found out that it was correct.
However, the drink I ordered tasted watery and was not good at all. I usually love Starbucks drinks, but this time I was really disappointed. It was the first time I’ve ever had one that didn’t taste good.

The hubs and I frequently visit via drive through. There has NEVER been an instance where we received bad service. Every single person we have encountered has always been kind, courteous, and had a smile on their faces. If you are ever in this area, stop by.

I went through the drive through today at about 5 PM. And ordered a coffee Frappuccino, with a shot of espresso. This is the second time I have ordered it at this location.
Both times they have not been anything like that. What I get at other locations. Today was especially bad. It tasted nothing like coffee. It was totally white. Was more water then anything. It wasn’t even icy like a frappuccino. I have never written a bad review for any Starbucks. I was very disappointed. I am a frequent visitor with a card that I consistently reload and use to accumulate points on.
Having it Remade would be great, but one doesn’t always have the time to go back and have their drink remade. I actually already knew that they would, but again, did not have the time to go back.

Bought a venti white mocha at about 5:45 am. I am from out of town. I needed good coffee, not hotel coffee. So I read the reviews for a Starbucks closer to my hotel, and they were not great. So, I decided to drive further to this location since the recent reviews were pretty good. Boy, did I make a mistake. Milk tasted burnt from being over steamed. Couldn’t taste the white mocha even though I ordered 7 pumps. (Which is a lot). As I was picking it up, I watched him finishing up making my drink. He didn’t stir the drink at all. Leaving all the white mocha stuck to the bottom. To say the least, I will never return, and you shouldn’t buy a drink here either!
