Everything about this place is perfect. Service, food, atmosphere, game room, cleanliness, price and all. Last year I visited this place 108 times. This year so far I think I’ve been here 70+ times. Been coming here since I was a little kid, wish I knew exactly how many times I’ve been here total, but I will never get tired of this place. And I’ll add this, Martin, the manager, is amazing. He’s more than a manager, he treats u like a good friend. Even jump started our car once when we had trouble. Great place and great people. Best Cici’s hands down. U just can’t beat this one. The owner is really Kool as well.

Overall Dirty atmosphere. Saturday at 7pm. Not too busy and very low quantity on pizzas. Also found hair on a cheese bread and a slice of pizza. One was not fine but I would let it pass but then cheese bread came out with hair cooked in. Will be driving to a farther one from now on. Maybe if we return the place will be kept up a bit.

My cinnamon rolls look like they came straight out the TRASH CAN. I am super PISSED‼️ Then to add insult to injury, look at how they’re placed in the box, as if they were picked up with a pair of tongs and thrown in a spot. There was plenty of time to make a fresh batch being that my order was a 30 minute wait according to the DoorDash app. I placed my own order through DoorDash but as a pick up order. These look cold and crusty. Seriously?!?!

Me and my children really enjoyed our experience here. Normally when we go to Cici’s most of their games don’t work but we stayed here over an hour just playing games. The buffet was stocked with everything we love about this place. The customer service was awesome. I entered a few times and was greeted pleasantly each time. They came and cleared the used plates from the table as our table filled up with empty plates. The price is always reasonable for a single Mother of 4 kids a d we all left overly stuffed and happy.We will definitely be back to this location while we are visiting friends in Terrill. Keep up the good work!

Actually pretty good for Cicis. The salad bar was really good. Lots of variety of pizza and all pretty good. Wife got her own personal pizza just the way she wanted it. Gave it 2 stars on Atmosphere because there were a lot of little kids there.

Probably won’t be coming back. Yesterday me and my family went for lunch and the guy that was making pizzas, wiped his nose with the back of his hand and then blew his nose with a tissue right around the food. He never washed his hands and started pulling pizzas out of the oven with bare hands. I was absolutely disgusted.

I’ve been coming here since I was a child . And still to this day love cicis ! The management is always super nice and most of the employees seem to be nice as well. The cooks on the other hand most of them can’t even smile at the customers.. I would say this place definitely needs a remodel though ! I don’t know who decides that but I really think it’ll help with more clientele, because lots of people do enjoy going to cicis especially to take the kids.
