Why were my cinnamon rolls doughy and soggy? This isn’t the first time.. Ordered online.. and came straight to pick up.. I Seen when they were placed out for pick up.. so I did not come LATE to pick up..

We have been far and wide to cicis during our travels and I honestly had higher hopes for this one considering the hit or miss reviews. The food was a 2 at best. It was either undercooked or overcooked on everything. However, their salad bar was well stocked and they actually had jalapeños on it ( I haven’t seen any since Covid that keep them out). The staff was polite and they did an amazing job keeping the place pretty spotless! You can tell they care about what they do! I ordered a personal pan pizza and it never came out but that’s alright, because what I had ordered came out on the buffet a few times while I was there. The children rather enjoyed the variety of games that they normally don’t partake in, but they did today. While I will say I have no intention of going back, I was genuinely impressed with everything besides the quality of food output.

My cinnamon rolls look like they came straight out the TRASH CAN. I am super PISSED‼️ Then to add insult to injury, look at how they’re placed in the box, as if they were picked up with a pair of tongs and thrown in a spot. There was plenty of time to make a fresh batch being that my order was a 30 minute wait according to the DoorDash app. I placed my own order through DoorDash but as a pick up order. These look cold and crusty. Seriously?!?!

They’re finally open after all this waiting but it was well worth it! They have plenty of workers to make sure your food is freshly cooked and served and they’res plenty of tables to be seated at and they have a lot of games to play in the back with the arcades! So glad they kept going and I promise you, you will be pleased so come on over and have your self a good time!

This location is the worst I’ve ever been to. Food isn’t that good, too busy. And the worst part is that most of the customers that were in there was getting one plate and stacking it with one whole pizza and cinnamon rolls. My wife and I waited at our table to get cinnamon rolls and one person stood there and took everyone of them when they were made. It happened twice to us. Yall need to put limit signs on the serving bay. Some folks have no respect at all. Kids running around with food eating and parents not even caring. Put signs up and rules. That would stop all the nonsense. And fire anyone that is on their phones while they work. I won’t be back to this location anymore. Fix the problems and you will get better ratings.

I would rate the food but we didn’t get to eat. The restaurant was packed and they obviously had set up tables and chairs to accommodate it. It was not ADA compliant. If you use a wheelchair or a stroller skip it. If you have a family bigger than four skip it. If you wanna go on a weekend. Skip it. I don’t understand why they were packed with people standing around and waiting for open tables and still were accepting orders for the bullet. Worst restaurant experience in my life.

The cashier and manager were not concerned about their “ promotional,” deal of rewards that they were pushing. We had to pay full price twice and were told to save our receipt and try to “recoup,” online or with customer service? Huh… I literally witnessed these little girls giving people behind me a buffet for 4.99 but they happily charged me almost 15.00 with a drink and did not offer any discounts despite my mention of the promotion? We are glad that you are back but it is not ok to give this party a discount and not others that rightfully have a membership and proof of a discount. You can “ blame your computers,” all you want …. It’s not nice and it’s not fair. I’m very disappointed as a military nurse with a VA veteran that was not treated fairly.

I wanna start off by saying their pizza is very good with that being said there is not enough pizza for the amount of people that go there the layout of the restaurant is awful and Team needs more training on customer service. The new CiCi’s Pizza in Terrell is better than ever! The variety was good, and the spinach pizza is my hubby’s favorite. Of course, the cinnamon rolls were sweet, hot, and deliciously gooey.
So nice to have our favorite pizza house open again.
