I ordered to-go late at night before closing because we had just finished doing Uber for the day and someone had ordered Alfredo. Alfredo is my absolute favorite pizza there and it’s all I ever get. I was really looking forward to it since me and my boyfriend had a really crappy day. We phone the guy and he says their card reader is down and we’d need cash. It was 15 minutes til closing but chase was on the way and this was the only food that sounded appetizing so I said screw it. I went to chase, grabbed a twenty, drive there and made it with 8 minutes to spare. We pick up the pizza and thank the guy since he had to upgrade it to large since they were out of mediums and said goodnight. We get home and our order was a medium buffalo chicken and a large Alfredo. My boyfriend handed me the box saying as a joke whichever one you get is what you get. I open the supposed to be Alfredo box and my face drops. It’s a pepperoni thin crust pizza. I am absolutely deviated. I grew up eating Alfredo since I was 5. I adore Alfredo so much and now I’m forced to eat a pepperoni when I don’t even like it.
Update: They used marinara pasta sauce as the sauce for the pizza. It tasted like wet pasta sauce.

The fresh food was good, but there was plenty of aged food there to choose from and eat. The BBQ pizza bread was good, as well as the cheesy bread. The Alfredo pizza was good. The cinnamon rolls were food but not cut. I wish there was fresher pizza to eat. The drink variety was plentiful and delicious. There was an arcade there for kids.

My child’s favorite pizza is Cicis Pizza and I also grew up eating Cicis Pizza. Anyway, I tried ordering the pizza on the restaurant’s app directly but it kept giving me issues. I recommend placing the order at least one hour to one hour and 30 min prior to the time it needs to be delivered, in case you face the same technical issues I did. I placed the order through DoorDash and after communicating with the restaurant about the issues, they made it happen for my child’s special day! The pizza was delivered at the perfect time, just 8 min before their school grade’s lunch started. Talk about going above and beyond! Both the restaurant and Delivery driver made it happen! Just make sure to communicate early! Thank you Cicis Pizza!

I love cicis I take my kids here a lot. I don’t write reviews often but I feel I need to lol. They stopped letting you get water. You either have to buy it in a bottle or buy a soda.
I said no drinks and walked over to the fountain drinks and water works fine so they can’t say it’s because it’s broken.
It’s a rip off. I will be slowing down eating here or overall not coming to this location anymore until this issue is resolved.
In my eyes this is ridiculous and you should be able to get water if you don’t want soda and not have to freaking pay for a dang water bottle. Then after when you are finished with that water bottle you need to pay for another.
Just redicuous. You guys are going to lose a lot more money and customers than you think you are going to save.
Just my food for thought.

Ordered a deal online for two pizzas and a side. When we got home, we realized one pizza was missing. I called the store, and they were very apologetic. When we went back to pick up the missing pizza, they upgraded it to the next size up. The manager apologized again, and I really appreciated the great customer service.

Picked up two pizzas, one had a lot of toppings, the other one has hardly any toppings! I do have to say the pizza tasted very good, at least the first one did. I was just very disappointed in the second one.
UPDATE I went back today and I have to say I am totally impressed! Pizza was wonderful (3rd picture) and the guy that brought it out to me at the curb side was very nice! I will go back!

Every pizza my family and I tried was doughy and slightly under cooked. The desserts were cold as the heat lamps hardly worked as explained as “no working good”. The lady server didn’t know English. The cashier was hiding behind the counter on her phone. The pregnant manager Angela was very combative when I asked for a whole pizza, well done. She said she’d put the order in but never did. Thank goodness for shift change in that moment as the server Adrian was amazing! He deserves a raise as he made me a well done pizza, although it was burnt, it was better than dough. He also remade the buffet with fresh pizza and dessert. He also apologized on behalf of the staff, instead of making excuses to a paying customer. The lobby was clean but the bathrooms were horrible.

What has happened to cicis? No greeting when you come in the door. The price is stupid high. Hard to communicate with the workers. Pizza is cold. Just not what it used to be. Did they stop serving brownies? Two stars is being generous on this one.

The pizza here at this Cici’s in Rowlett was hot, fresh, and made to order, and the staff was extremely friendly and personable. There was even a Live DJ (DJ120) and a Balloon artist for the kids (Let’s Get Twisted by Jason Sledge). Then there was a 65in TV giveaway by Tolbert Garage Door. I hadn’t been to a Cici’s since my kids were young, so these new additions were cool to see!! The increase in price was a lil higher than I remembered, it’s to be expected. The staff made me a Chicken Alfredo pizza w-onions and Bell Peppers & it was de-li-cious!! Thanks, Cici’s!!
