Just came here but the drive-thru was INSANE with cars lining the parking aisles etc and I was NOT going to deal with angry hungry drivers cutting others off ♀️
Came inside and there are screens now, you can’t order in person but need to use a screen and I’m not tech savvy
There was an employee sitting at the table, so I asked him for help and he came and helped me with my order. Super grateful and appreciative of Jesus who didn’t hesitate to help me .

it’s like ever since these restaurants turned to self service kiosk, they forget to give you your cup. And then you’re there waiting in the front For a good minute for someone to ask you if you need anything else, So that they can get you a cup.

Two stars only for the window person being very chipper. However, I was charged a full combo at 1:36 today without the full combo being given. Crunchwrap was 90% lettuce, freeze had the mix-ins just tossed on top and was half melted after less than a minute since it was poured, and taco was nowhere to be found, though they managed to give me the sauce for it. No receipt given so I couldnt even go in to get that taco

Does the short brown haired woman with glasses on drive thru absolutely hate her job or something?? Gave an attitude through the whole order (we came at 11pm when they close at 1am, so not late at all). We sat at the window for 5 minutes and when she did come through for payment she didn’t greet us or say anything to us at all. Luckily the order was correct, because we checked before leaving, but the service was 0/10 at this location.

Came in last night. Guy working cash/window was absolutely a mess. I was ordering on drive through 4 large fries and 4 extra side of cheese sauce- he said “you’re really making us work tonight aren’t you” and then I continued my order. I had just gotten off from work and I have 5 people to feed at home. He gave me the wrong order, when I came in he snatched it from my hand and shoved it into the right customers hands.
My nephew had wanted a volcano taco and I had forgotten to order it, I am a paying customer and so I had asked for it his response “no such thing”
As I was trying to order a different item I also wanted a soda but he walked off before I could even finish my order.
When I finally was able to ask for my soda he was very unhappy and huffed and raised his eyebrows and said yea anything else in a rude tone.
I also work in fast food and I know it’s not that bad to where you’re allowed to treat a PAYING customer that way. Even if you’re having a bad night.
When I went home I had missing items and a poorly made and uncut steak casadilla.

I often go to Taco Bell after dropping off my kids and it’s one in Roseville but I decided to head to Folsom. Travis H was kind and mannerly in the Drive Thru and the food was fast and hot! Thank you and I will be back!
