Food quality: The food was awful. Pizza was either overcooked/borderline burnt or severely undercooked. As my pictures show the bread on the pizza was floppy and doughy. Salad toppings looked old and wilted too.
Service: Lady running the register seemed untrained and confused.
Cleanliness: The tables were dirty, the floor was oily, and some trash on the floor.
The price: 9.99$ for adult buffet drink not included. 2.19$ for a drink.
This location needs a competent manager and better trained staff to be worth the price. Do not recommend.

Went here because it was advertised on my Auburn University page that they gave discounted buffet for auburn university workers. I walk in and tell them about the discount, the manager tells me that they don’t do that…. IT’S LITERALLY PLASTERED ON THE DOOR when you walk in, pic included! So they refuse the discount even though it says it on the door, then tells me that I can download an app to get a worse discount, but a discount nonetheless. The app doesn’t work at all and doesn’t let me continue. This whole charade lasted about 10 minutes until we decided to just pay the price outright. Not going back here.
The floor was covered in dropped food and plastic, and there wasn’t a single table that was wiped, even though the place was almost empty when we walked in. I sent an email to cici’s corporate and they never responded, but I would avoid this place like the plague. False advertisements and bad service is a good enough reason to avoid this place. It used to be pretty good, im not sure what happened.
Update: I sent them feedback when this specific thing happened, I never received a response back, im guessing the responses on here are just copy and pasted

This place is absolutely disgusting. Can’t believe we just paid $40 to eat in such a filthy place. The entire restaurant was covered in trash on the floor, leaking from the ceiling, and food was very limited with food spilled everywhere. It’s a health department nightmare. All of the tables were so filthy. We will not be returning!

Absolutely disgusting restaurant. Should have demanded a refund and left but my toddler really wanted pizza, even though she didn’t even get to eat because of the horrible service and options. When we paid and came around to where the pizzas were there was smooshed brownies covering the floor, as well as pizza sauce, salad toppings, pizza toppings, napkins, straws, etc. We had to clean off a table just to eat (and no the place was not busy). 4/10 drink options were out of order. No lids for the cups, imagine a 3 year old trying to drink out of a cup with no lid. The noodle/cheese/marinara sauce was COLD. The hot bar was empty with the only pizza choices being buffalo chicken and a bbq pizza. No simple pepperoni or sausage for the kids. It took forever to get fresh pizzas out. Dessert bar was empty only a few crusty cinnamon rolls left. I will NOT come back to this location. I’d have better luck making pizza lunchables in my car.

They’ve never failed me in the several years I’ve been going here, I don’t know why so many have lower stars, you don’t go to cicis to get premium pizza, you go here for good pizza for real cheap, can’t beat a buffet with salad, pizza and sweets for 13 bucks. When same amount gets you a large McDonald’s meal that barely satisfies made by college kids who don’t care.

This place don’t deserve no star the food was disgusting, I asked the manager for fresh vegetables he says to me you can eat them or wait 10mins. He was Very Very Nasty & Disrespectful. Food was very nasty , pizza was Soo extra thin . This place is not like it used to be 5yrs ago! I don’t recommend this place to anyone. I asked for a refund he tells me he don’t refund after 5mins. He was very rude & would not give me his name. He was the manager there I asked who was over you he says no one! I asked for owner number he starts writing it & balls the paper up and says get it off line . I want the corporate number to this place & the owner number. I spent over $100 for my kids & I & to be disrespected like that was not acceptable.

No one seems to understand English. I asked for ARRP discount and the cashier couldn’t understand. Some of the bread sticks did not have any cheese. Selection of pizzas were limited and were either burnt or no the usual selection. Older gentleman dropped pizza cutter on the floor and put it back on the cutting table. People back up at the cashier because the lady seemed to either being using her phone for translation or sometimes talking to someone.

Not sure who it was but I saw a worker consolidating pizza at the bar using no gloves. I think it was a manager or the owner. Very gross if they do that where people can see imagine what they do when no one’s looking.
