Toppings and flavor missing. Supposed to have tomato slices, not tiny tomato pieces. No sauce. Never buying again. Corporate doesn’t care about poor quality either.

Schlotzsky’s is definitely one of my favorite sandwich places. I’ve only been through the drive through at this location but the service has always been quick and friendly. The sandwiches are great as well. Sometimes it seems like they put a little bit more effort in than other times but I think that happens pretty much any place you go.

I haven’t been to Schlotzsky’s in a good while, but I’m definitely glad I came back today! When I entered the restaurant, I was hit by a wave of delicious smells coming from the Cinnabons. The environment itself definitely fit the theme of the restaurant, the interior was overall very cozy. I also noticed it was clean and there was a good amount of seating. As far as service goes, the service at this location is great, I felt bad for the employee, as he had to do front counter and drive through at the same time. Nonetheless, he took our order and brought out are food in no time! I gotta say, visually as far as the food goes, I was taken back. The sandwich was made with the freshest ingredients, and tasted as if it was just made. I enjoyed the consistencies with the textures, the bread was toasted, the meat wasn’t dry at all, and was in fact flavorful. The veggies were also fresh and chopped well. The value of this meal was pretty good, for the drink, sandwich, and chips, I believe it was around 12-14$. I’ll definitely be coming back after this visit!

Tried this place for the first time and would not try it again. The food was okay, but our order was completely wrong. Accuracy and attention to detail are extremely lacking. We ordered for pickup and upon checking the bag in the parking lot we realized we were missing a wrap and went back in to have that made. When we got home, we also found that we had been given a chicken caesar salad and potato soup instead of the garden salad and broccoli cheddar soup that had actually been ordered. One item missing/wrong in an order is one thing, but three items is ridiculous.

Love their Albaquerque Turkey sandwich! The rest of the family loves their pizza. The manager is such a hard worker and his employees seem relaxed and focused on giving customers a great experience. Always clean and prompt.

I’ve eaten at Schlotzsky’s many times, over the years, and they’ve been consistently good all of the time.
I used to consider them one of the most expensive fast food places, but things have changed so much, recently, that I would say they’re right on a normal range, now.
This last time, we ordered a large sandwich, which was honestly big enough for large meals for 2 people. The amount of meat and toppings on it were truly shocking, and the taste was great! We also ordered a pizza, on the side, that was really unnecessary, but also very tasty. The kids pizza that we ordered for our little guy was small, but sufficient for a child.
Can’t complain – they’re continuing to do a great job!

Definitely won’t ever go to Arby’s after coming here and getting the beef bacon smoked cheesy. It was so good and the meat was tender, and the sauce was awesome and the fact that there was cheese spread along the entirety of the bread 10 out of 10 really yummy would come back again.

I stopped in to see if they had Cinnamon rolls to go. They had exactly what I wanted. The cashier was exceptionally helpful and gave me great advice on reheating them. They were excellent for Christmas day.
