This place isn’t clean. There were just two people working. No drink lids, the trash was piled up, drink station was nasty, as were the restrooms. You go in and order from a kiosk. No greeting when we walked in. The food was so so. One of the drinks did not have any carbonation.

Food was good and quick. Service was good and straight to the point. They were out of Mexican Pizzas and Crunchwrap Supremes (which are the two things I order, haha). They were also out of jalapeños. The drink machine had 12 options, and the only one that worked was Dr. Pepper. I’m not sure if it is a normal thing for this location to be out of stuff, or just a bad day. But the food was good, service was good, and the place was clean.

Received incomplete order and had to request missing items. Witnessed an employee texting on his personal cell phone with work gloves on. After placing his phone in his pocket, he immediately starting preparing tacos without changing his work gloves.

Just left Taco Bell and encountered kit and Harold. Kit lied and said there was cantina chicken on my burrito, so I took it back. The first one, the chicken, was dry. The second one was regular chicken. I paid for tomatoes and got 4 ome the first one. They had to remake it this time they didn’t put any cheese. I go back didn’t even ask for a refund just an exchange to a quesadilla with double the chicken and Harold decides he wants to butt in and get an attitude and say we can’t give you double the chicken even the you just messed up my burrito twice. He said we would give you a refund after I said I didn’t want one. This taco bell is horrible. The front counter has no employee working there, so everyone is just waiting. I had to yell to the back twice, and still no one responded. The nice guy from Drive thru helped me, and then finally kit came. If this is what Tacala is doing, then they might as well shut this down. Those employees are always rude, and the wait time is always ridiculous, and there is always something wrong with the food. #tacalainc Yall look at that burrito and tell me if those two chickens look the same. SMH like I’m blind and can’t see. I want what I paid for.

No napkins in dinning room and dirty floors and pop machine was out then asked for drinks and had a whole list of soda that was not available awful experience definitely go to a different fast food place this was a waste of time and money.

We stopped here while traveling through Andalusia. We went through the drive thru. The lady working was very pleasant and of good cheer. The service was quick and the food was fresh. No complaints!
