Vegetarian review: It’s like the Ciao! used up all their creativity points for the names and left the veggie productions as a complete afterthought. They are also VERY SLOW to prepare and serve you the order.

We have two sandwiches, a soup and their Greek fries. It took them ~25 minutes to get the first item out – in batches over ~10 minutes. By the time the fries came out, we were done with nearly 40% of our sandwiches and there we 4-5 workers looking ‘furiously’ busy the whole time.

My buddy got their pastrami and I their veggie w/thousand island and spicy mustard. Both were kinda boring in taste and at some point, we felt we were eating just to finish up. Yes, their sandwiches are big for the price but get boring in flavor after a point and we lost all inital excitement.

The broccoli cheddar was decent and a bit on the less viscous side but I like mine that way.

The biggest bomb were the Greek fries – they just threw a bunch of ingredients that qualified it as ‘Greek’ but didn’t work together. Fries (seasoned w/cayenne) + crumbled feta on top of the fries + a garlic dipping sauce. Good luck figuring out how to eat the feta cheese with the fries.

This is not a repeat place.

Bonus: The toilet is very nice and clean and so are the eating tables. However, I don’t know why they have counter seating because all you see while eating are the backs of the workers.

Great food and service!!
Ordered 2 -6foot sandwiches and salads for an awards ceremony at the office, and I can’t thank Ciao of Easton PA enough!
Everyone loved the sandwiches and they were far from “sand wishes”.. these things were stacked! Not the typical three layers of flat meat and cheese. These were just like a good ole Italian hoagie from NJ, NYC, or Philly on crunchy Italian bread.. NO soft roll here. You won’t be disappointed if you want a “REAL” hoagie.
( coming from hoagie snob having worked in a NJ deli for a few years)
THANK YOU CIAO!!

Irene has a classy shop here! The rolls, the meat, generous portions, and a lovely atmosphere. Everything is handmade so give them a minute. Try the Fuhgeddaboutit on the semolina roll. Homemade rice pudding is a fantastic treat to top it all off. The sandwiches didn’t skip leg day. They’re HUGE! You’ll probably get to enjoy it for dinner too. Ya Muddah!

What a pleasant surprise find! Visiting Easton’s town square for Chrustmas and walked in for a quick bite. I had a meatball cone with a side of chicken noodle soup(both delicious). My wife had a BLT with a side of tomato bisque soup(also delicious). Service was quick. Price was fair. Much easier to take to go. Limited seating options. But definitely amazing food!

Oh man, I was not prepared for how thick and fluffy this sandwich was going to be.

I came in just to find a place to work and have a late lunch at three.

Turns out this big pastrami sandwich with island dressing and cheese was the best thing that happened to me.

Nice workers here too, great place for a meal and finish it with iced tea.

Stopped by for lunch and did a create my own. They have great portions and the service was excellent! Inside is so cute and I love how they put movies on for customers to watch as they eat. Definitely recommend coming here it’s family friendly and will definitely be back to try more sandwiches!

Stopped in there a few weeks ago for lunch on a sat…got there early so it wasn’t busy. Ordered the Italiano. Great sandwich..having the peppers on it really elevated it. I like that they use boar’s head meat..the best. The bread was great too..not stale or generic. Overall a great sandwich and would definitely comeback again. Really more of a grab and go spot but they do have some seating. Nice place and nice location. Also it is a tad on the expensive side but not the worst pricing I’ve seen.

They have an excellent selection of sandwiches that are pretty large and delicious. A touch expensive for just a sandwich with nothing else but still a great place. We’ve been twice now both times after visiting the Crayola Experience with our kids. It’s one of our favorite places when we are in the area!
