⭐️ Very Poor Customer Service – Unacceptable Behavior
I had a very bad experience at Church’s Chicken in Douglas, AZ. The employee named Joana P., who was identified to me as the manager, gave me the wrong order. When I returned to the counter to let her know, instead of fixing the mistake or apologizing, she accused me of hiding the mashed potatoes in my car, as if I had stolen them.
I was extremely offended by this accusation. I have absolutely no need to steal a one-dollar item. What made the situation even worse is that when I tried to explain myself, she started laughing. No one took responsibility, no apology was offered, and the issue was never properly addressed.
This behavior is completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable especially coming from someone who is supposed to be the manager. I will not be returning, and I hope the owner or corporate office takes this seriously and provides proper customer service training.

They never have a mixed deal they always want people to wait up to 20 to 30 minutes. This is a fast food restaurant. Never good service. The food is good but the employees are not doing their jobs. Having customers wait is not good especially when you are on a limited time.

I was waiting at the intercom for about 2 min, kept saying hello over and over. I pulled up to the window and asked if the their machine was broken. The girl at the front gave me an attitude and said no that my car is was not detected, then continued to slam the window in my face. I said excuse me in a loud voice and honked and she never came back to the window. I parked and got down to get managements number and was told they aren’t aloud to give it out. I asked them to give me a paper with the managers name and the name of the employee who was rude. They gave me their information on a napkin. So rude and unprofessional.

I ordered the smoke house combo, the half chicken, I can’t believe they would serve this! I told them I couldn’t even eat it, the woman at the register said, ” yeah it’s been sitting so it dried out” yet they served it to me???? She told me the next batch would be coming out in 15 minutes, I would have said forget it, but my husband got food. Good thing we were eating in, otherwise I would have taken the box home and seen how dried up this was when I got home. Our second time here, the 1st was ok, but I think we are done.

Disgusting. Tables were all dirty. Workers sitting in their phones doing nothing. Men’s bathroom was gross and had soap all over the damn faucet. Trash can was knocked over. They didn’t even have mac n cheese. Forgot my coleslaw. Ordered spicy tenders and they put barely ANY spices. Chicken was dry as hell. Had to swipe off the chairs ourselves. Took waiting about 3 minutes for someone to come to the register to take our order. Total trash don’t eat here. If i was the owner i’d fire everyone and shut it down

I feel like it took a little while to get our food. But the service was friendly. I do wish that they would put a little more glaze on their biscuits like other church’s I’m use to . But overall the food and experience was good, I’d definitely go again

We were standing on the side of the building in the shade and I was photographing a bird that was near the railroad tracks. A employee came out having a complete freak out telling me that I can’t take pictures. I looked at her and said I was photographing a bird. She kept telling me no no not allowed. I showed her the picture of the bird to prove to her that I was not lying. She went back inside. Inside she kept eyeballing us like we were trying to steal their decorating secrets

So we decided to try Church’s Chicken say which we have never been there before. We also will never go back ever again. We bought the Feed 6 Family Meal for $25.99 which came with a choice of three family size sides or two family size sides and six biscuits. We choose the two sides with biscuits, with mashed potatoes and fries. Family Size? You must be kidding Church’s, these fries are about a McDonald’s medium and the mashed potatoes wouldn’t feed 6 babies as a side item. I have included pictures to show this ridiculousness. Especially since they couldn’t even fill this tiny fry container which is supposed to feed 6. We will stick with KFC! I am amazed anyone would purchase this meal package and actually be able to feed a family of 4, which we have, let alone the 6 advertised.
