We really like their chicken and we have a meal from here every few months. What is a shame is the atmosphere the last time I visited. It seems the employees were mad at each other, one was slamming metal pans in the back and seemed to time with every time our cashier tried to speak. She would pause and look towards the back. The other lady seemed to look at me apologetically. Anyway. The strawberry sprite it good.

Got 5 piece tenders, the chicken tenders tasted like old reheats, the Dr Pepper was mostly carbon water taste, the biscuits needed to cook more, didn’t taste like much, mashed potatoes have changed, Cole slaw is old. Used to be a whole lot better.

The blonde boy in the window was very rude. I’ve never placed an online order here at this location. However I did today. Once I pulled up I seen one person in front of me. They drive up, I stop at the speaker and the boy says he’ll help me in a moment. So I turned my vehicle off to make sure he could hear me. He then comes back on the speaker seconds later complaining that he had to add more items for the person in front of me. I said I understand, and that I have the online order. He says “okay well it will be a wait in the line so pull forward”. Again understandable. Once I pull up to the window he asked if I had the door dash order I said no I had a online pick up order for “name”. He rolls his eyes and say with an attitude “okay well usually door dash or online orders come inside” I started to apologize because I wasn’t aware and it didn’t tell me to go in to get my order, I thought we had an option as a customer. Before I can even finish apologizing, he interrupted me to repeat the same thing “online orders come inside especially when we are really busy so next time come inside”.For one they were slow. And two I really didn’t mind waiting. But I truly didn’t even want to eat my food because he truly upset me. I’m a fast food worker myself so I understand employees may be stressed. Yet No one should be interrupted while trying to apologize for something they weren’t aware of. Even though I’m sure it’s not policy for door dash/ online orders to be picked up inside. And if it is it should be addressed and made aware on the app. And there will definitely not be a next time. It’s a big chain I’m sure one person not coming back wont hurt. But it’s sad I don’t feel comfortable going back.

The chicken tenders are extremely small and old tasting. The coleslaw was warm and soggy. The mashed potatoes tasted like water. The biscuit is smaller and no honey. The DR pepper was flat.

I feel like going through the drive-thru they always forget something. We love the friendly faces there but the whole reason we don’t go in is because our two little ones [hard getting them in and out by myself]… but both times, two separate occasions they did fix the mess up, and Apologized, but just want them to double check before sending us on our way ❤️ not everyone lives close.
