I placed a mobile order for my mother and daughter. After driving across town to the store I have my name twice and was told they were still making it, that’s fine. They finish, I tell them my name again they hand me the order, that’s fine. As I try to leave they tell me I can’t leave until I show them my phone, that’s not fine. I understand if I were a delivery driver, but it’s an order I placed with MY name and MY money. It’s been a long weekend and I was just trying to pick up food for my family. What makes less sense to me is that they couldn’t trust me to be picking up my own food, but could give me a cash refund. I were a scam artist this type of managerial incompetence would be a cash cow. I’ve been coming to this store for over 30 years, but no more. No thank you.

We were the only customers in the drive thru and came by after work to get some chicken for lunch, we were looking at the menu and told the guy on the speaker to give us one moment, and literally a couple seconds after that the other worker (who was an older Hispanic lady) came out through the back door and told us to hurry up because they’re being timed in the drive thru, though I understand that’s a frustration and quota you feel like you have to oblige by, there’s no need to rush us when ONE we were the only customers, and TWO we were not taking that long to order, is the menu not there for you to look at and order your food from? I understand if we took 5 minutes but this interaction was only 30 seconds of us looking, and when we tell him we’re ready you THEN decide to come out and add more time by coming out of your way to tell us to hurry up, and then now we feel as though we have to rush to order, so what I’m getting so you need to be a regular to order? Anyways, the younger guy was very cool and wasn’t taking his job frustrations out on us, that lady needs to realize she’s replaceable and not act like she owns the church’s company.

Bought food here about 15 minutes ago. Everything was great! But I need to say that the people working were giving it their all to get the orders taken care of. I mean, they were getting after it! You don’t get great customer service that much these days, but they were EXCEPTIONAL!!! The crew was a young Asian guy named Shawn P., a Hispanic woman, and the cook.

I walked in thinking the food was going to be old it was 3 pm. But the biscuits were soft and just honey-ed, the French fries were hot to the touch and the chicken strips were hot, flexible, meaty and juicy. The people were nice and professional and the price was right. This place was great.

Horrible customer service. They seemed extremely bothered as soon as I walked in. The restaurant opens at 10am. I went in at 1030am and I was told it’ll be at least more 20 minutes for the chicken to be ready. What’s the point of opening the place if your chicken won’t be ready until an hour later!?With the amount of attitude and the wait time, ain’t nobody got time for that. I’ve been to third world countries and some of them for sure have a better customer service than this place.

I’ve never in my left a review, but today was a bad experience with Maribel T . Drove up to the speaker and had no answer. Waiting about 5 mins and said hello, still nothing , now I’m a very patient person I’ll wait 10 mins if you ask me nicely, I too have a job . We can’t aways drop what we’re doing to help I get that, but I didn’t get any response. Drove to window she said yes! I said I’m trying to place an order , she said ohh mm ok I can take it here lol . I order she ask if I wanted Condiments, I said yes ketchup , then asked me to pull over which I was not surprised. She said because of the chicken . So she made me wait over 5 mins again btw just to get my order wrong and still no ketchup. She gave me 1 corn when I ask for 2 she gave me a plan simple chicken sandwich like what u would get from jack for $2 . So this sandwich is why I had to wait? Looked like it was only Microwave. She was just being pretty and rude . With all this said, I always had a smile and said thank many times.

My son and I went to this location and we were at the speaker for a while before I called out and no one ever answered so I drove to the window and the Asian guy there said we were not on a sensor at the speaker so he couldn’t talk to us. So I asked if I could order at the window (there was no one behind us) and he said no I’d have to go back around and try to have my car on the sensor this time and order there. So I told him I will be going to KFC, he stuck his head out of the window and said “Bye then see ya!”
Won’t be going back as long as he is there. The Hispanic lady there isn’t much nicer.

I was very impressed, the young Men, treated the older people with respect and understanding. The chicken was very fresh and tender not dry . Which means a lot to me, for the money I spent. This churches location is doing very good, great customer service

Chicken wings were very small, we order chicken tender and they were old. They had them sitting there for hours, I don’t understand why they don’t throw them away after a certain time as they should. The biscuits were good as always, Service was ok but I asked the Cashier if they had chicken sandwiches and turned to see if they were any ready and said no, I asked if they have more to make and she said no. To be honest I didn’t belive her.

Children wanted chicken and we hadn’t had Churches Chicken in awhile. Visited this location and they first put the order in wrong and that should’ve been my alert to leave. Got my food and get home to find that items were missing. I called the store twice, but no answer, so I decided to return so that my order could be corrected. Once I get to the location the doors were locked and it’s only 6:00pm. The manager opened the door and I explained that items were missing from my order. The manager replied, “Are you sure”, because people lie about missing items to get free chicken. Mind you I spent close to $30 for my order only to be questioned about a few pieces of chicken that were missing and a biscuit. They acted as if they still didn’t believe me and was hesitant in correcting the error. On top of it all, the individual that questioned me was the one that missed up my order. Also, no one even apologized for the error, only stares from the staff as if I was lying. NEVER AGAIN WILL I VISIT THIS LOCATION TO ONLY BE TREATED AS A CHICKEN THEFT! SAD FOR BUSINESS! And the corrected order had so much grease that it created a hole in the bottom of the box. I wonder if I was only treated this way because I’m African American. If I was one of THEM I would’ve been treated differently.
