It’s not often that I leave and not so great review, as I tend to look for the good and not focus on the negative.. however, after not eating chipotle for sometime due to a negative experience at another location nearby, I decided to swing into this location with the drive-through that I have been hearing about. People putting the food together or OK, cashier seemed to think that he was better than everybody by the way he did his sassy little eye rolls… I ended up throwing most of my double Barbacoa bowl away because of how much fat was in it… In general, it just was not any better than the last experience, but the big kicker was as I was leaving. I asked For the bathroom code… Two times!! And was given an incorrect code along with a few more eye rolls… Will not be returning, ever! Not so great food happens, but this is also the second location that we dealt with the same Type of attitude from a cashier!! I’ll just say that I am pretty known and respected in the… Food industry… People will be hearing my opinion,… The worst part is, as I sat there I watched not a single person tip from the time I sat down… But I actually tipped pretty well! And still received the attitude…

The food is the standard Chipotle food which means it’s not bad. Server couldn’t speak more than about three words of English so I wonder if she’s even here legally. Music was way too loud and it was kind of cold in the eating area.

The stingiest chipotle I have ever been to, bar none. They will give you the lightest burritos and the emptiest bowls. I’ve tried them four separate times since they opened, as I assumed they were working out the process as a new location, and every visit has been just as disappointing as the last.
Two out of the four times some aspect of the order has been wrong, and the burritos are often badly wrapped and leaking.
This level of consistent failure to prepare the food combined with an unwillingness to serve the portions that Chipotle is known for indicates either a lack of training, a manager greedily nickle-and-diming the customer, or both.
Whatever the cause, the solution is the same, go to a different location.

Customer service was terrible, especially from the cashier. I didn’t get her name, but after reading other reviews, it’s clear I’m not the only one who feels this way. Hopefully the manager can address this issue and improve the customer experience.

On my second visit, the customer service wasn’t too good, two were putting packages on their places, I was waiting like 3 minutes, then more customers come, so suddenly the chipotle workers begin to take my orders, very fast, I also ask for tortilla chips bag, but they forget to put it inside the bag, luckily was free for points taking, but still I did feel uneasy , still I have plenty places to go, and choose something nice to eat., I just let it go, keep enjoying another’s dishes.

I order lunch for my whole workplace from this Chipotle. They have never messed up an order, they explain everything I ordered (this box has your meals, this box has your napkins, utensils, sides, etc). The food is ALWAYS ready when I arrive. The restaurant is the cleanest Chipotle I’ve ever been inside. Keep up the great work, see you soon!

I usually order at a different location, but today we ordered here to help Rockville HS raise money for prom. I think next time I will pass this location. My Barbacoa bowl had visibly, noticeably LESS of everything: less rice, less lettuce, less meat. Typically I struggle to finish my bowl and sometimes even leave 1/2 for the next day. Today, not only I quickly ate everything, but I was still hungry. Before I started, I showed it to my family and they confirmed it looked smaller- no “heap” like usual – at a different location. Disappointed…

The chicken was so salty it was inedible. Food was not even warm. The beans on the side were warm. Guac had the dark stuff from being out too long. Will give up this chain that increases prices just because some people like their food even when it’s prepared badly.

This location is a life saver! As someone working close by, it’s great ordering on the app, picking up it up in the drive, and sitting down ready to eat all in 15 minutes! I received an incorrect order recently, but the manager graciously instantly made my order again. Good customer service with the consistent taste of chipotle!
