What in the no seasoning white people, rubber, freezer burnt, undercooked chicken, breading almost as white as the inside of the box it came in type of chicken strips is this???
The audacity to be freezer burnt and undercooked at the same time.
Yes I said no seasoning white people. And you knew what I meant as soon as I said it. And I say that with my whole chest as a white woman. I do not care.
Church’s y’all are a chicken restaurant. You have to do better on the chicken strips.
The workers at that location are always great though. Y’all need to send them some better product to cook.
Attempting to add undisclosed charges after a transaction is complete violates basic consumer pricing and disclosure requirements. All fees must be clearly presented before payment is accepted.
When I declined the charge and requested a refund, the employee took my paid food back, told me I had to “get a refund through the app,” and closed the window. I left with no food and no refund, and ultimately had to contact the police just to document the incident. Customer service later said I’d have to wait for a manager callback, even though the store could have resolved it immediately.
This wasn’t about the cost of sauce—it was about improper pricing practices and refusal to correct a paid transaction.
Corporate should be aware that this location is creating legal and customer-service issues that put the brand at risk.
