Was there at 10:15 saw a manager or someone in a blue jacket outside smoking a cigarette while we were trying to order food. No one even came to take our order and this location closes at 11? Closing an hour early is some crazy work!

Wait time one food is far to long to be “fast” food. There is absolutely no customer service from cash register to management. Everyone could use a serious crash course in the way things should be run in a fast food establishment. Employees are rude and act like they really don’t wanna be there.

Something needs to be done about this McDonalds. Nothing but bad food. In my big Mac, the middle piece of bread was harder than burnt toast. I asked for another one, and it was fresh and hot, but with NO condiments. Plain. My husband’s big Mac was so old the top bun crumbled! We trashed that one. The kitchen staff needs to stop serving old food THEY would never eat. My 3 grand kids didn’t eat their nuggets because they were hard. They gave us 2 bags of apples because they expired that same day! We spent 48 dollars and will NEVER again. It will be Wendy’s! Your food is good if served properly! I wish the owners would fix this issue. It’s clearly the people. The young girl that took my order was sweet. She had only been there one week.

Ate at this location for the first time, because it was Sunday and Chick-fil-A was closed. I didn’t expect it to be on the same level as CFA, but holy hell, it was bad. Took 2 bites, and it was all gristle. So in the trash it went. Look at the pic… I mean what is that?

I usually don’t eat at McDonald’s but my husband and kid wanted it, and look what was on my daughter’s food MOLD!!! Plus it looked like someone put there finger through it NEVER AGAIN… A health inspector definitely needs to inspect this location because they need a F!!! I wish i could give 0 stars.

Ordered my food in the drive thru, and took almost 20 mins to even get to the window for the food , then was told to pull to drive thru 1. No big deal. Waited in that spot for 30mins and decided to go in and find out what happened. They looked shocked I was still out there and said they would fix it . Took 20 more minutes before I said something again and seems like they forgot me again , finally got my food after almost an hour. Didn’t even bother apologizing of throwing anything in the bag. Then on tops of that the food was burnt. Worst McDonald’s yet

Bought fifty dollars worth of food for my family got the food home just to bite into a raw burger not one but two burgers was completely raw all the way through fries were cold just a complete and underly mess and if I can help it I will talk anyone I know or speak to out of eating from this restaurant period it surprises me on the skill level it doesn’t take to make this food but it’s not all on the cook it’s gotta fall back on management as well because if they would have done their job correctly maybe there wouldn’t be someone on the grill that doesn’t know when food is done or not who ever owns this franchise you will have have to do better then this. You are feeding the people of this town and you need someone to take just a little pride in there job to do it right. On top of the food being raw it wasn’t even prepared correctly are they taught to actually look at the monitor and see how the paying customer wants their foot made what if I had food allergies and took a bite of my food I paid for and had a reaction. Fifty dollars worth of food is not worth my health or any of my kids
