Just left this restaurant not even an hour ago, spent 40$ on 3 meals, the chicken was old at 2pm which means we were most likely served food from the previous day, the biscuits were hard as a brick. Couldn’t not even call to speak to management, seeming as the phone number listed online & on receipt, is saying it’s out of service when I called.. highly disappointed. Because there is no way that the employees did not know that food quality was poor.. Im not driving & I paid someone to take me to run errands & we stopped here, if I were driving & if I didn’t live all the way on the other side of town, I would bring this trash back. Do better

Didn’t even get to order. We walked in and one of the workers was so high she couldn’t even function. Stood their for about 10 minutes and no one acknowledged us. Finally when someone did we were told it would be another 15 since they were running out of thighs.

This is the worst ran Churches Chicken location I’ve been to. They are always out of something. You wait for a very long time to get your order that in my experience has been incorrect. I’ve gotten old chicken more than I care to count. The place is nasty. The drive through window area looks like it’s never been cleaned. Not to mention the raggedy parking lot. I’m afraid I’m gonna damage my car. I won’t be going back there. I’ll go to the one on Washington n Post from now on.

Let me tell you all how I got home and realized I was missing part of my order. So I drive back (because their phone is disconnected). I live a distance away and the construction made it no better. So I ask “is there a way I can get a small okra for the inconvenience” this lady had the nerve to tell me “I’m giving you what you paid for and nothing extra” “accidents happen”. And proceeded to argue with me. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Church’s Chicken Restaurant
