I really wanted some hot fresh churchs and I drove all the way to Tunica to get it and was told that they weren’t cooking anymore until what was on the line sold..My chicken was warm from the light not hot….The okra was old not fresh and they give you a receipt but you can’t do a survey cause there’s no store # on the receipt! Almost $30 and can’t even get fresh food ..Worst experience EVER!!

Been going there for over 15 years. I never had a bad piece of chicken and the kitchen and dining area are always clean. Hats off to the management and team. This restaurant could definitely be a model for the chain of restaurants.

Whenever I travel through Mississippi, I HAVE to stop at this location but it is NOT the same. No good deals even with coupons. I canceled my order and there were better deals in Clarksdale WITH and WITHOUT coupons

Big Herb gets chicken here on occasion. I went middle of the road with stars because sometimes the food/service is great and then sometimes not. It’s literally a 50/50 roll of the dice. Employees seem to be having a party inside every time I’m thru. Definitely needs some attention in management. Okra rocks and biscuits are fabulous! Love dat chicken! Oh and cheddar peppers will make u slap yo mammy!

When I say this was the worst customer service i’ve experience in my lifetime. You’ll are making easy for these positions to become obsolete. First, i arrived at the menu to order. A loud voice instructed me to wait at the window. So not only am i waiting for the order in front of me to be served. Im also waiting to still put my order in.
