The food is good as long as it’s fresh and it was fresh here. Only complaint is the portions are small. I ordered fried rice with 2 entrees of orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp. There could’ve been more orange chicken. Regarding the honey walnut shrimp they only ever give you 7 pieces. So this is fine.

Overall I love the Convience and food at this CHAIN ⛓️ Restaurant, but this particular location has consistently BAD SERVICE …. AAAAAAAAND They tend to overcook the Food, and are extremely slow , busy or not

…So I decided to give the Bruceville location a 2nd chance having had my pockets picked at the Calvine location, thinking it was just an isolated incident. NOT!!! The previous week I got my order here, and no big issues, just a bit small on the portions. This Past Monday 04/22/24 my order was 30% chow mein 70% fried rice, and double orange chicken. I got 49% chow mein, 51% fried rice that wouldn’t have been so bad if the chow mein was cooked well, and not dry, but here’s the kick in the head,or rather the picking of the pockets, my pockets. I got no less than 11 pieces of orange fried batter, and one piece of inedible chicken gristle. Until legislation is passed condemning and punishing these so called restaurants, and fast food joints for unjust enrichment guess us consumers are going to have to get the word out on platforms such as this, cut back our visit to them. Personally, I may go to Panda Express 3-4 times out of the next 364 days. See Photo, and if you order orange chicken look for this. More than 3 pieces ask for your money back, and just maybe together we can put an end to these unscrupulous pick pocketing practices.

I was just in there 2/17 @630 pm… the only lady with a black shirt on was pretty rude and was being kind of aggressive with ALL the customers… anyway she hopped off the line, didn’t wash her hands, and just started grabbing food to cook off with her bare hands…. SHE DID NOT WASH HER HANDS…. my sister and I were literally waiting to pay and just left without our food. Never coming back to this location again.
