I won’t ever come back to this shop ever again. We ordered two sandwiches and it took almost an hour to get our order. It wasn’t even that busy inside. There were two young people working the line during lunch but when we arrived there was only 2 People in line ahead of us. When we asked after a half hour of waiting the said it was going to be 5 more minutes. Still no order after 45 minutes. Don’t go here.

First walked in the door greeted by attitude. We went to order our food and lady was rude. I asked the person making my sandwich to get it without Mayo and she glared at me. The whole time she was making the food she was glaring at us. I was not happy with the service or the attitude. They are in customer service you need to act like it. I get having a bad day but dont take it out on your customers. Those ladies should not be working there. I will not be coming back.

Worst experience possible. Not greeted when entering. Stood at register waiting for 5 minutes with zero acknowledgement while 3 staff members stood there talking among themselves making other sandwiches. Absolutely zero interaction. Not even will be with you in a minute. Horrible people.

Firehouse is the only sub place I go to! They are my favorite, however I have been disappointed my last few visits. Whether it’s the salad or the sub I get I haven’t been happy. I ordered a sub on 8/19/24 and the bread was super stale… it’s been like that a few times. Hard and chewy…. not very appetizing. My salad bowls are only half way, where in the past the bowl was full. I’ve only had issues at this store. Very disappointed!

The service was very slow and the workers had an attitude. Will not come back to this location we where not greated at all when we went to the register to order she stood there with a scowel on her face the whole time pure adittude she was being pushy and nasty the whole time then a gentleman came in asked for a little more sauce she grabbed it and slammed in down on the counter and glared at him then rolled her eyes then he asked for a manager she came out and then she tried to say she wasn’t being rude so I politely told the manager oh no no she was very nasty to him this place has terrible service the worst ive ever seen. The fact ever worker was rude and nasty to everyone that came in I will not come back or recommend coming here ever unless they get ride of these people because that is not okay to be running an establishment where your soul purpose is customer service and allowing people to treat customers the way that they just did is disgusting Behavior

Ordered online. They toasted the whole sandwich, lettuce, tomatoes, and everything. Completely disgusting. Wilted lettuce, hot tomatoes, no texture, just a slimy mess.

The food was incredibly fresh. I had the cheese steak sub which had an excellent flavor although I’d have enjoyed a little more cheese and a little more steak. They have three sizes of subs. Everything was on paper.
They will customize the subs, and offer to do so. The toppings are not set out like subway (which was fine with me), but they are pictured. You order first, sit and wait while they prepare it. It came up quickly, we had enough time to get our drinks. They have fresh brewed sweet tea and unsweetened tea in addition to a free-style coke machine with endless combinations.
The atmosphere is what you’d expect from a sub shop in a strip mall, but it did have a few props related to fire fighting. I couldn’t see into the food prep area, but the dining area was clean.
Service wasn’t over friendly, nobody welcomed us or approached us. That was good for me because I needed time to decide what I wanted. When I went to the register to order, they were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Kudos to them for a great experience.
Two things I didn’t like were the fact that the menu was difficult to read and the chili was not what I expected or experienced before. I’d have liked to have handheld menus available the one behind the counter was difficult to see especially since the counter is very high. The chili was odd. It had the most finely ground beef I’ve every seen. It tasted like processed ingreditents quickly thrown together, but not cooked together. If you don’t like beans in your chili, you’d likely enjoy it me than I did. It had three beans. Not anything to complain about. It just didn’t meet or exceed any expectation I had. Don’t let it stop you from trying it, you may like it. We didn’t. That said, everything else was fantastic.
