So, I had this place recommended to me by coworkers. I had never tried it, but went to investigate. So, I couldn’t really tell if it’s a fast food or restaurant. So, because of the speed of the food, I’m going to assume that this more of a fast food place. So, I will rate this place based on it being a fast food. I would say for a fast food, I would probably give it a 9.5/10 or even a 10/10. The chicken cut was of very good quality, no fillers at all which was nice. The spice level I ordered was a 3 which was moderately spicy. I’m a fan of spicy food and I can handle spice really well, so for a person who doesn’t like spice, I don’t recommend trying 3 or higher because I could definitely notice the spice level. The french fries were really good also. They were a thick cut of fries and fried just right for a crispy crunch. The macaroni and cheese was piping hot and noodles were cooked just fine. I really enjoyed the taste a lot. It was different to have mac and cheese with a white cheese sauce instead of the traditional cheddar, but it really worked. Again, this rating is so high because I’m considering this place a fast food.

This place is joke. EVERYTIME I go, the chicken is a different size. Sometimes it’s huge, other times it’s chick fil a size. Sometimes they cook the fries, sometimes they don’t. Sometimes they put the sauce you asked for in the bag, sometimes they don’t. Absolutely no consistency. Not sure they even have a manager becuase almost every time I’m there, I stand at the counter for 5mins waiting for someone to hand me my meal I can see sitting there getting cold. Just do better Chuck. Do better.

Tried the level 6 heat chicken sandwich and I felt as if my time on earth was coming to an end. This was one of the spiciest meals I’ve ever had in my entire life and I’d definitely recommend if you’re into extremely spicy food. The frozen lemonade was great. The fries and cheese curds were also great. If you want chicken with the best taste I’d recommend anything under level 3 heat. 5/5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

This was my first time at THIS location, they burned my food. Wings are hard & can barely pull the chicken strips apart. I purchased 4 meals and spent almost $70. They don’t even have a number to call to see if they can fix my order because I don’t live close and would like to know before I go back

Absolutely great restaurant and service! Hunter was incredibly thoughtful and helpful and the food tasted delicious. Not only was the chicken sandwich perfect, but they absolutely nailed the fries. The crispiness, the seasoning, and their dipping sauces, it was all truly top tier and not overly expensive either. Thank you again Hunter, and I’ll be coming back and bringing friends when I do. Go try this place guys! It’s worth it

Had gotten a Nashville hot chicken sandwich delivered through Uber Eats. My chicken patty had a hair fried into the breading. Definitely will not be ordering there again

Great chicken sandwich! Tender, flavorful, crispy edges, delicious pickles. Spice level 2 was great for me, take it 3 if you want to “feel” the spice. Wife did level 4 and was sweating. I like Dave’s Hot but now Chucks will be 1st choice.

Chicken tenders weren’t that tender.
I was one of the first customers through the door and ordered my food which came out hot and fresh. Some of the chicken tenders were really dense. Tasted more like chicken breast than a chicken tenderloin. The Nashville flavor was good though. The fries were hot but nothing to write home about. As big as the tenders are, getting 3 should be good enough for most people.
All that aside if you’re going to have a bathroom for guests to use please keep it clean. Seems like someone dropped the ball on their responsibilities.
