Be still my 80s heart! They still (as of March 2023) have all of the members of Munch’s animatronic band! They also had Chuck E Cheese coming out every hour (even during the less busy lunch hours). Pizza came out hot and fast, and the staff were super friendly. We have two CEC locations closer to us, but the drive was totally worth it!

New review: Still have good pizza. The play area has a good selection for all ages. And the prices to play the games with the play cards is excellent it’s also a great feature they added where the tickets you win go straight on your play card. Security/ safety is excellent you can relax while your child has fun. However We did get a birthday cake that was really dry it tasted like it may have been outdated or over baked. Also I liked the coupons better although the reward system is a nice feature I’d still like to have the coupons. The restaurant including restrooms could have been cleaner. Overall 4 stars and will continue to visit as long as children are young.

My first time here, was SO AMAZING! Kids has so much fun, every game has to last for at least 1 mins and 30 secs for 1 point. 2 points is like at least 4 mins if it’s a racing car game Pizza was so amazing will come back if I have a trip to Ohio again!

“Where a kid can be a kid” & this particular establishment embodies that ideology to the fullest. From the sporadic flashing lights emitted from the multitude of games to the music & sounds that induce a feeling of wonderment & energy, Chuck E. Cheese has entertainment unlike any other. In regards to the food, this place could most certainly be considered the zenith of pizza shops. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Courtney, an extremely friendly, courteous, smiling door guard that stamped the hand of every group going in & checked the stamps of every group going out as to ensure the safety of all guests. Her attention to detail & joyous persona made me think her mental fortitude is unshakable. On that note, the General Manager, Rocco, is an excellent role model for those working with him. This place was my first job in 2008 & he was a Manager then. His commitment to having a happy staff & even happier guests is what I believe has kept this particular business not only thriving but meeting & exceeding customer expectations to maintain its success. Rocco, thanks for all you have done & continue to do. A place where a kid can truly enjoy themselves uninhibited & even where an old Game Room Attendant can see if he is still good at Skee Ball

I had my sons 6th birthday party here and even he said it was the best! The whole experience was top rate because of Beth our host. She was AMAZING! Her hospitality, patience, kindness is was really stood out the entire time! She interacted with the entire party ensuring we were taken care of! I just want to give her 20 stars. Literally the best service I have received in years as far as customer service! I would recommend that location just because of her. Thank you Beth for your kindness. Took my daughter here for the first time since Covid and such. The place was very clean, food and salad bar was delicious and fresh, atmosphere was amazing too!!! My daughters 4th bday was awesome, Thank You!!! It was soooo cool to her that she asked if we could go back the next day!!! Lol

We have been here for over 2 hours and Chuck E has yet to make an appearance! There are about 5 families here. Last time we were here Chuck E. Only came out after someone asked for him. I have one disappointed kid!!! He should make an appearance every hour or 90 minutes without being asked!!!

Sad they don’t have the ball pit play area. Just all games. Very expensive we spent 60 bucks on 1 pizza and the lowest point card. I think the skate zone may of been more fun. We wouldn’t skate but to play in the play area. But it’s been years since I’ve been there. But we did have fun. My daughter is still super young but they did have alot of ride type things for her.
