I got a small pizza for my grandson and it tasted like the frozen “cardboard” pizzas. Not very good, maybe the larger ones are better. Food not good but he had a good time playing the games. Tons of “tickets” and he won 2 pieces of candy & a small bouncy ball. But he had fun & that’s what matters.

This is not the dingy Chuck E Cheese that I grew up with in the 90s!! Fully updated!! The one thing I’m not the biggest fan of is the PlayPass cards. Unlike using tokens, there’s a “cool down” time in-between uses so it’s difficult for parents to play games with their kids at the exact same time

Walking in with twin 4 year old toddlers, the greeter was awesome. Very nice, scanned our hands. Got to the desk to order and the young woman named Elaine was EXCELLENT at her job. VERY helpful with digital points on my phone, sizes, suggestions, etc. she was GREAT!!!! Food was great. The only complaint I had was that My Grandchildren (4 year old toddlers) was so looking forward to seeing Chuck e cheese. I figured since it was a busy Sat. with big birthday parties, he would be there walking around. They kept looking and asking for him. Other than that…we had a great time at this location.

Pizza I’m pretty sure got everyone sick, games are kind of generic but the kids seemed to like them. Beer and wine still available which made it bearable. Cashier and staff are young, could’ve been their first job. Slow at processing payment and almost gave me the wrong change. Overall would probably choose another Chuck-E-Cheese if I could.

I was pleasantly surprised by this place. The food was really good and the salad bar was amazing, everything there was clean, fresh, really fresh, great quality veggies on the salad bar. The games were good, and all working for the most part. The Boo-tacular was OK, even though I purchased 2 and both sons were dressed in costume, only one of my sons received the goodie bag and treats. The staff was OK, we were very thankful for the younger guy, I forgot his name, but he was SO nice and helpful, knowledgeable and he was very good at making my nervous son feel much better when we arrived and were the only ones wearing a costume at first. I actually thought he was management because he seemed to be the only one who knew anything about the Boo-tacular, he was so helpful, but he wasn’t management (but he definitely deserves to be!)

I had the incredible experience of fulfilling a childhood dream coming true for me. The place is so awesome, the staff is incredible and meeting Chuck E Cheese himself was absolutely awesome and I told him I was a big fan of his and he was touched by my words he high five me and hug and I got my picture taken with him and he made my dream come true also. And my mom made it possible to make my dream come true. And to the people, the staff, and the workers of Chuck E. Cheese thank you all for making my day so memorable and making a guy who is young at heart’s dream come true, and keep up the good work in making every future kid’s dream come true also.

Great place for kids bday. Pizza is the food. Overall, the server or party attendant can make or break the fun for a child’s bday. We had a very good server. Checking out at the ticket counter is a bit of a grind. They’re changed the dance party portion. I liked the old way better…just not so many parties at once. Now it’s a mayhem party with every party group joining Chuck E Cheese dance party. Not really for kids over 7 years old

Only one feedback is there could be hand sanitizers on party tables. Since there are lots of germs around especially when kids play arcades and going straight to eating pizzas

We’ve been to this location at least 2-3 times a year for the last three years. The employees, food, and games were all great! We drive all the way from Clarksburg WV so the kids can go to Chuck E Cheese. I guess that says a lot about this location.
