Worst pizza cutting job ive ever seen..it looked like they closed their eyes and started chopping away ,little half dollar sized pieces 3 slices were 2/3 across it. We waited for 15 minutes for them to bring out a trash pizza..

We ordered our pizzas about an hour ago and we were just told it would still be ten minutes and as I was waiting I observed the staff making dough with no gloves and scratching their face with the same hand they were rolling dough out with. None of the staff is wearing gloves even the managers.

New Crazy Puffs were great, and our pizzas were good, but wait times are unacceptable. They take waaay too long to get food out, and staff simply ignore customers that are waiting. A little communication would go a long way.

If you are trying to order from here, pick the “pick-up” at store option and do not use their “DoorDash” option.
The Doordash will never deliver due to the fact it is such a small town and Doordash is not widely available.
Don’t attempt to call the restaurant either, they will not answer their phones. Your food will sit their for hours and the only way to even see if it is ready is to physically go to the store.
Awful customer service, when I arrived to ask if my food was ready after waiting 3 hours (the original wait was estimated 50mins), they said “yep here it is” I then called the phone while in the store and heard it ringing, I asked the guy do they answer their phones. He said no, not while we are busy… when I arrived the cashier was literally sitting in the corner on her phone… come on.

The pizza and bread sticks were hard as rocks the wings look as if they didnt have enough sauce so they decided to put water in the sauce. Wings sauce is supposed to be thick. Get a new cook crew in there cause the pizza tastes like it was there for two days

Little Caesars needs to do better it’s supposed to be hot and ready but every time I come to this Pearsall store nothing is ever ready then wait an eternity in the parking lot for the pizzas while the staff is inside not putting an effort into there order
