Simple setting with great food. The portions are as they should be the “American way”. The service is fast and friendly. The coffee is good. My veg omelette was nicely stuffed with veggies and cheese accompanied with a large amount of roasted potatoes and rye bread. We also ordered Christie’s Skillet which was really well presented and super tasty. Give this place a shot. It is right across the train station in Burlingame on California Dr.

We wanted to grab some breakfast before heading to the airport and found Christie’s on Google. Um wow!!! I would consider myself a biscuits and gravy connoisseur and this was definitely the best biscuits and gravy I have ever had! The biscuit was fluffy, delicious, and you could tell it was homemade. The gravy was fantastic. Definitely recommend stopping into this place!!

Came around 9:30 in the morning, and the restaurant was almost full. We were lucky we got table right a way. Parking is on the street. Interestingly, before we evrn seat, the server asked what we want for a drink. We ordered chicken fried steak with sunny side up and hashbrown. Yummy breakfast. I wish hashbrown is a bit crispier. Really recommend the chicken fried steak. You can also order chicken fried steak with egg benedict. The coffee is average.

On a road trip stopped to have brunch this place is awesome. Great service and fast reasonable price and excellent food. Hostess and Server Kassie is very welcoming. Highly recommended and will be back. Best Chicken Fried Steak and Gravy.

Great breakfast place. Hot coffee quick! Nice breakfast standards and some local favs as well. French toast was awesome. Other dishes I saw were plentiful and attractive. Nice combos of fruit and meats. Quick service but we were not rushed out the door. Several larger groups were there holding brief meetings etc but mostly friends getting together. A nice find

Stopped by for breakfast. Looks kinda small from the street, but it’s bigger than I thought when I went inside. Seated immediately. They menu had a lot to choose from. I decided on the meat lovers special of the day, and my friend decided to get the California omlet. Omg, huge portions at reasonable prices. Much better than Stacks. We both enjoyed our food and good service. We could have ordered one dish and split it.
