Their breakfast burrito was absolutely delicious!!! We tried the beef and the chorizo. My favorite was the chorizo. So flavorful and perfect to start the day. They have a sauce station which levels up the experience even more. They have spicy and non spicy.

If you are looking for the best meal of your life walk your way into Chivas Tacos. The staff is absolutely amazing, they were willing to answer any and every question! The staff is clearly so passionate about providing not only an amazing meal but an amazing experience. Everything is made in house and it shows. Their chips and salsa were legit!!!! The tacos are absolutely amazing as well, you know the song “sweet dreams are made of these” yeah… That’s clearly written about these tacos! I’m already planning my next trip back here!!

I like this place a lot! The atmosphere is great and they had art all over the walls. It’s delicious but the tacos are just a tiny bit bland. The Asada(beef) could use a little bit more seasoning. But other than the beef all of their other dishes taste pretty good! They even have a sauce bar where you can choose what type of salsa or hot sauce you get! it’s a great place for family dinners or lunch with your friends!

Went here for the first time. When we walked in the cashier greeted us warmly and made us feel at home. The restirant was nice and clean but we ordered tacos and pozole to go. Food was absolutely delicious even after the 10 minute drive home. Our favorites were the barabcoa and Al Pastor. The pozoles had big chunks of meat which is not my favorite but was still a beautiful dish. Also the flan was homeade and very authentic. We will be coming back!

I got to say. This is probably the most impressive restaurant I’ve ever just randomly discovered on Google. I just happened to be in the area, and for price reasons I felt like $3 tacos was the right choice. I ended up only paying $6.78 for 3 carnitas tacos. Which is the least I’ve ever paid for tacos in my life especially considering I was in Denver. Food was out to me within 5 minutes. 5 minutes? Crazy. I’m probably some of the freshest cilantro and onion I’ve tasted on My tacos in a while. And on top of everything else there was probably about a hundred people all sitting out front in the outside seeing area eating and enjoying their food. 100 people… There were so many people that They would not have even fit in the restaurant. That’s a darn good sign if you ask me

Stopped by Chivis Tacos on a whim and were pleasantly surprised. The woman at the register was incredibly kind and patient as we ordered for five people.
We tried the carne asada, birria, and chicken tacos (not pictured), and everything had great flavor.
The restaurant was clean, the condiments were easy to find, and both the seating and parking were convenient. Great service overall!

I really like that this place has a parking lot directly off Colfax. The inside is cozy and the menu covers a variety of things. I had 5 tacos and that felt about right for a meal.
It took 20 minutes for 5 tacos to show up for a carry out order.
All 5 tacos were reasonably tasty.
I’d come back to try burritos and tortas.

Great spot for some quick tacos! So tasty and the Birra eggroll was on point. Definitely going to go again. Be careful with the salsas some are fire lol but still great taste

Chivis never disappoints! The customer service is truly outstanding friendly, attentive, and welcoming from the moment you walk in. The restaurant is always clean and well cared for, which makes the dining experience even better. And the food… absolutely amazing. Hands down, they have the best chile relleno I’ve ever had—perfectly cooked, flavorful, and made with so much care. You can tell they take pride in everything they do. Highly recommend Chivis to anyone looking for great food and an even better experience.

The food was decent, but a little pricey. I had the asada torta and the ingredients were tasty, but I feel like I was mostly eating bread because the filling was pretty . the service was great, but the atmosphere was a little too dark for my taste. I think they could maybe brighten up put some different lightbulbs in there. I could barely see my food.
