We ate supper at the Marshfield restaurant in early September of 2025. There are also restaurants in Merrill and Wisconsin Rapids if your in those areas. The dining area closed at 8pm, and we arrived 15 minutes before that. The staff were nice, and still served our group of 5 even though they were closing. The dining area was nice, clean, nostalgic, and what you would expect from a fast food restaurant. Sandwiches were very good, fries were great.

The place was clean. The cashier was very helpful. He recommended the bacon cheeseburger meal. Their prices were reasonable and not too expensive. The hot beef sandwich with cheese was flavored well. The corn dog was good. The fries were good and not salty seasoned just right. I would recommend coming here for a quick bite to eat.

Chips is one of the oldest fast food places in marshfield, and there is many reasons it stands the test of time. The ice cream is monsterous and it tastes phenomenal especially being soft serve. The burgers haven’t changed keeping the same great taste you remember as a kid. The fries are well known to be the best in town, and they are sold by the pound! Bring your appetite, and bring your kids as well. The burgers are simple, and the kids just love them.

Mediocre burger ! Soggy fries. I expected more based on what I have been told by people. They didn’t even ask if I wanted ketchup and mustard and pickles on my burger they just put it on there. I could have gotten a better burger Kwik trip or McDonalds. Waste of 18.05
